[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board — Improper service support

For the past 2 months I am facing problem with my EB line and I haven't found any responds from the madipakkam EB office, the problem I am facing are listed
1. Low voltage
2. Repeatedly power cut only my line.
3. No proper response in the EB office.
4. No one ready to attend the call after 8.30 pm in EB office Ph:[protected]
5. Many time call is been locked in 155333 but no proper response.

dear sir, as my line is single phase line I want the proper voltage, till today there is no late fee are any of the bad remarks, if they are not ready to solve the problem I request change my line into 3 phase with free of cost. yesterday there was no power from 12.30 am onwards till 7.00 am my mom & dad are aged people they are above 62 (senior citizens) they came from Jabalpur yesterday afternoon and because of this power cut they where unable to take rest the whole night I many time informed the no 155333 they taken my compliant but no solution many time I tried the EB line[protected] but no response I felt suffered kindly consider this in top priority and I need a solution for the same.

Elecricity Department — Poor Power cut of EB Department

No body in the world to ask about the Poor Power cut of EB Department which is happening recently in tamilnadu.

Tamil Nadu is forwarding to the stoneage period
I have ever seen such a irresponsible persons as in Madipakkam EB office. I had a problem with my EB line often, whenever we are logging a complaint there was no proper response.
they will ask to register our complaint in a notebook and I don't know what is the purpose of registering the complaint.
My old parents and my kids were suffering a lot because of this power cut. When I say about my old parents and kids, they started scolding and told everyone is having old parents and kids...

Really, I dn't know who will take action against all these irresponsibilities...

i am siva from kodambakkam.sir daily night 11 o clock power cut is happing.because my house is a single phase so daily night this problem is contiue.my house only this problem continue i am already complint the Electrical board AE and electrical board office but he is not responsible so please retify this problem.

In Bharathiary Street Extension, Low Voltage (500 KVA Tr.) and poor (loose) jumper connections were already complained vide TNEB-1436. But without attending the loose connections, the complaints status was seen as “closed” in your website.

It is seen that your staff discard all low voltage problems altogether citing grids’ low voltage. During peak load supply voltage, as per their own statement was only 9.0 KV. For this HT voltage the LT voltage (S.ph) must be 196V. But it is on ly 135-140V from 9.00 p.m to 2.00 a.m. Also the voltage rapidly fluctuates during this time as though welding sets are connected to the LT network.

For all these, the main reason is low jumpering in the LT network. If this is rectified, we may get atleast 185 volts less LT line drops.

Kindly educate your people how to make LT jumpering without loose connections and let us feel good voltage.

If you fail to do this we will be left with no other choice except going to TN Electricity Regulatory Commission to educate your people about loose jumpering.

Dear sir,
We have built a new home(four month before). we have applied to get electric connection for our home. JE (Ayyampalayam ) and othr officers already visited the spot and also they grant permission.
But still they didn't take any action.
For the past four months we haven't electric power in home.
By this we suffered lot of problems like i cant able to study etc.
So i kindly request you to take the proper actions immediately.

5. i personnal visit and more then 20 people are visited the EB office they is no response person. the telepone L.I say what can i do sir i am also employee please contact AE
6 i make a compltation to Mount road office also phone no [protected] but no proper response.

i taken my compliant but no solution many time I tried the EB line[protected] but no response I felt suffered kindly consider this in top priority and I need a solution for the same.

dear sir,

many people from madipakkam area and myself complainted about the madipakkam eb office regarding the low voltage, i donot know why the government /the higher authorities are silent in takeing action on the tneb office madipakkam. the attitude of the staff and employees of eb office is so lathagic and answering to the consumers feels to get irritated. i suspect the complaints we register in this website are being forwarded are notified to the concern people or the concern people donot want to take any action on the eb office. it is really painfull and surprising till now the problem is not being solved regarding the low voltage. i belive the govt and authorities are also like one among them. they too very lathagic in takeing action against the eb office madipakkam.
Voltage fluctuations are not to be taken as complaints..please ignore it...this is the statement received from EB office, madipakkam...Happy news is that their voice is coordial now..."Sir kindly ignore voltage fluctations...i don't have any answer to it..please hang up sir.(in tamil)"

understand the power demand is more than the power supply, but what about power theft being done legally and illegally...God help.

For the past 1 months I am facing FUSE problem with my EB line and I haven't found any response from the local EB office, many time i call to foc line, but no reponse, because eb line mans are drinking (brandy) and sleeping, then Area JE is totaly waste.

I am living at Rahuman street, Golden George nagar, Nerkundram, Chennai. My service no.[protected], I am getting voltage fluctuation in our region. Due to this all the electrical appliances are getting repaired. It has happened for past week. 2days back my PC and TV were badly damaged. We have already tried to give complaint. They have pushed me pillar to post. But no one really cares and listens to our complaints. This is really ridiculous service by EB department.
