TATA AIG GEN INSURANCE — Insurance Certificate not recd yet

To whoever it may concern

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I have taken a mediclaim poloicy for my mother in the month of August 2008 on an EMI basis against my HSBC Credit Card.. There are 3 EMI which has been debited from my credit card in the months of September, October and November 2008 for Rs 559.25 each month. But till date I haven't recd the certificate. May I please know that when I can expect to receive the same as the same is also require for tax deduction purpose and I require it urgently. In case you have any doubt about my address, here it is:

TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Certificate not received

One fine day I had to call to HSBC as I have personal loan with them. They connect me to TATA AIG pepole. They said about a policy which is for Rs.10/- for first month and also said me to receive that documents i[censored] are OK it will continue and Rs. 705/ will be the next premium. I wanted look at the documents first so I said OK. I was charged for Rs.10/- first month on my credit card. But I didnt receive any documents of the policy. I was scared and called the TATA AIG asked them to stop the policy since i am not interested moreover i didnt even look at the documents. Some how i was convinced for low premium of Rs.105/- per month. They said they would charge only Rs. 105/- per month. But they charged me Rs. 705 for the second month. They didnt send my insurance document. I didnt even know my insurance document number. Now i am once again charged for Rs. 105/-. Still i didnt receive my certificate.

I have one evidence against them i.e I recorded the conversation b/w TATA AIG customer executive and i. In which all the things are recorded.

now I would like to register a complaint in Consumer Court against TATA AIG.

can anybody suggest me in this regard?

I have exactly the same complaint as above. I & Stanley are sailing in the same boat & I am sure there are many more others as well.

Even I would like to lodge a complaain in the consumer courts.

I took insurance for my motorcycle TN49H1904 through TATA AIG General Insurance Co Ltd and some other insurance company which covered a unique insurance cover from Road Safety Club India, Chennai through my home town Thanjavur Shri Ram Chits office. No claim certificate applied through courier letter on 03 jun 11 from Thanjavur the same not forward during the period upto 28 Jun 11 inspite of several calls directly made with TATA AIG General Co Ltd, 1 Commander -in-Chief-Road Egmore, Chennai Office but not forwarded the same. After completion of my leave continiously try to speak with the concerned staff they always gave a ready reply tommorw we will forward and asking the e-mail id also but passes one month the same not yet received by post or in my e-mail ID. Being Army person and the exigency of service not able to continiously try to contact them for the same. Then I had forward e-mail through available aig web site officials r [protected]@tataaig.com and girikishore.[protected]@tataaig.com they also no replied. May I request you to forward the requisite certificate directly to Road Safety Club India Ltd No 1 Floor Sambandham Street, CN Chetty Road, T Nagar- Chennai -600017 under intimation to my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com and my mail address :-
