[Resolved]  Tata Communications Broadband — Not refunding the amount after I have cancelled the connection

Hello Sir,
I have booked a tata indicom broadband connection in February. I started facing problems with the internet connection from the second day itself after installation. I booked many complaints but no one turned up from the company to solve it. So I decided to surrender the connection after being told that I will get the full amount refund (Rs. 4000/-). It has been six months since I surrendered the connection and they are still not refunding my amount and saying that they need more time. I request you to see into this mater. I am also enclosing the mails that the company sent me.
