[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo CDMA — TATA Docomo CDMA sending unauthorized MY DIVE-IN PLANET messages on my prepaid connection

I have been receiving these disgusting MY DIVE-IN PLANET advertisements on my prepaid connection, probably through mobile internet. Example of such advertisements are - "Download Hot Babes Wallpaper", "Download Bikini Models", etc. I tried calling customer care numerous times, and as always they are saying we can't do anything on this. Few of them even pointing finger at me saying I have downloaded or enabled the application in my mobile, which is not the case at all and have been verified thoroughly. The mobile is least used and remains all the time with my aged mother mostly for receiving incoming calls. Even there is no setting for MY DIVE-IN PLANET in my mobile, that can be disabled. Please note that this issue is faced by many TATA Docomo CDMA(previously TATA Indicom) customers as evident from online consumer forums.

As I understand from recent changes in business and service policies, TATA Docomo is now looking out for siphoning money from its customers by following such unfair means. Because, in many of the cases, people might unintentionally press the "Yes" button on such advertisements and Rs.10 is gone immediately from his prepaid account. Also, due to such continuous messages, the mobile battery gets drained unnecessarily. Even, you people have started charging for calls to customer care representatives. At the same time, in most of the cases, the customer care representatives does not have basic knowledge and efficiency to resolve issues or they just ask the customer to visit TATA Hubs to get their query addressed.

What the hell is this? Are you guys trying to fool your customer? I can immediately throw away this TATA Docomo SIM. But, I will not do so and escalate this issue to the highest level(if required) for proper resolution. You have to look into the issue seriously. Every organization should understand that they can not take their customers for granted. TATA brand has always been among the best in terms of loyalty to business ethics. I don't understand what is the reason for sudden change in course.

Tata prepaid CDMA connection — the number is not working

Dear Respected Tata Prepaid Team

I have taken a tata prepaid conection from your local dealer my number is [protected] with Sr No. [protected] unfortunately this number is not working from last 15-20 days infact i have taken the same from appximately a month back. They have also activate a wrong plan which is called payper call plan but i want to demand 50 paisa per minute plan. So you are requested to sort-out the same.

prepaid mobile CDMA — Unauthorised activations of Songs etc

Dear Sir,

My Mobile Number is [protected] ( Reliance CDMA ). I am using from 6 years. Recently I have lodged a compained in this form and the problem is sorted out and assued that the an authosied activation of songs etc will no happen in future.

But unfortuately again the same process is happening. First my Rs 20/- currency went off for the anauthirsed activation of the song. I again recharged and trried to call to customer care but for recorded message they ate Rs 30/- again but not able to reach the customer care. Again I recharged Rs 30/- suddenly they activated (Unauthorisely) some other ( i do not know what it is) and the currency balance come down to Rs 10/-.

If these are happening to whom we have to say. Our hard earned maney is eating the " WHITE RAT" RELIANCE ?. I do not know what other people are doing.

I am thinking off to through this relaince sim and use other sim, which is really useful us.

Again I am requesting the public those who are giving the trouble like this , through away these product and use friendly one.

I have not received any update as of now. Unless you come back by coming Monday(22nd Apr, 13), I will take this to consumer court.

This is Vijay. I am also facing the same problem. My number is [protected]. Even I am deleting the apps every time its automatically getting installed. Today a song was downloaded automatically in my mobile; I don't know how it’s happening. It’s really irritates me. Consider this issue seriously and give a solution for us otherwise we will take over this issue to consumer court.
