[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — deliberate delay in changing the plan from postpaid to prepaid

Dear Sir,
I am using Tata Photon device for internet access for last several month.
I have tried to convert the plan from postpaid to prepaid several times, but everytime they are making excuses and giving options of other schemes and claiming false claims about cancellation of my documents which are same to those submitted during purchase.

Now, I have submitted again my documents at their outlet at putlighar, amritsar on 29th July, 2013. But they have deliberately delayed the conversion to enter the next billing cycle in august and have not yet converted even after several online complaints as well as telephonic conversations with their customer executives. Everytime they are giving me a new complaint number and time duration of 24-48 days for resolving the problem.

Kindly identify the person responsible for this delay and charge the rental of this new billing cycle from them because i have already made the request for conversion , more than 15 days in advance.

Kindly change the plan as soon as possible before the next billing cycle
starting on 13 th august, 2013. If it is not possible to change , kindly
stop the service,until you change the plan. I will not pay for the postpaid
plan if it remains after 13 th august, 2013 and i 'll not be responsible
for the extra bill because some body is deliberately delaying it in your
service chain.

Tata Photon — change of plan

sir i want to change my plan i have tata photon broadband data cable (postpaid) with monthly bill of Rs500. I want to change this plan into Rs950 in which unlimited downloading services is given so kindly change my plan. thanks

Tata Photon — WRONG PLAN- SERVICE STOPPED

Never ever go for TATA PHOTON- they cheat. When their agent comes to me- he gave me different plan. I was asked to pay for some partial pro rate based amount- I paid that. After all- there were bills coming in emails of wrong plan. When I reported- they issued a complaint number which after 10 days has not been solved.[protected] is my complaint number. They have barred my number- while they have not find any solution for the wrong doing.

I paid latest bill which was correct but still they stopped service knowing very well that I am not a bad paymaster- had I been- I would have not paid them.

Assured that issue will be solved- still my number is barred. Had been provided with another complaint number- while earlier is still NOT SOLVED.

By the way- when they issue me correct bill- older bill issue is solved automatically. No ?
Then why they have stopped services ?

now i got a call from your putlighar franchisee and the executive has turned down my ID proof this time which was same that was submitted at the time of Purchase...earlier they were refusing to accept my address proof...
Today i got a call from[protected], and executive has told me that my documents have been cancelled which were the same documents which were submitted at the start and very well verified by the company executives before starting of the service.

and after that i got an SMS that my issue complaint ref No.[protected] is resolved.


what is the real status and what is the remedy, kindly tell me.

The things are very clear and i have explained at length...

i dont understand what is not clear..

i want to convert my postpaid to prepaid and your executives whoever it may be, were delaying the conversion deliberately by giving excuses..

sometime they ask to submit the documents...and after submission of documents on 29 th of July, 2013 at your PUTLIGHAR, amritsar outlet, your executive Ms. Monica has first refused to accept the address proof and then after few days called me and told me that my ID is not acceptable...

these are the same documents, , on the basis of which you have activated the service and now you are refusing the same documents...

so you are doing it deliberately without any reason to buy time...this is a type of fraud that you people are committing...

Dear Sir,

I cant understand the use of this webpage...

At the end, they have not changed my postpaid photon to pre-paid.

They have even deliberately blocked My Account ID and changed settings...so now i cant check my usage..it wasnot resolved even after several complaints...

they have increased the data usage in last 4 days, when the speed is automatically reduced and i couldnot used it in daytime except at night and that too after 11 PM...i am waiting for the bill...
