few day back i was purchase tata docomo gsm services but they r not activaterd my card asking retailer saycontact to tata gallary my card still not start 3to 5 day if any kind of help please Was this information helpful? | |

We would like to assure you that we at Tata DOCOMO use stringent measurement and control applications to ensure that you receive error-free services. We are continuously working towards upgrading our network to ensure that the coverage is as extensive as possible.
However, despite our best efforts there are times when it becomes very difficult to define the exact range of the coverage. We regret to inform you that we would be unable to immediately improve the indoor coverage in your area.

few day back i was purchase tata docomo sim prepaid card but incoming is ok but 15days ago outgoing calls stop asking retailer he say submit document to gallery but i don't know where is tata docome gallaery near andheri to goregaon my card still out going card rejected if any kind of help please.
i was purchase a tata docomo sim on 12/9/09 but outgoing is stop from more then 30 days.i submitted all required document to retailer/gallery where i purchase docomo sim. That person is not opening the shop till appx 15 days. I want soon activate my docom sim. Please help me.

This is Syed Abid from Mumbai, I have a Tata Docomo Prepaid number on 2nd jan i went to your 4 to 5 outlets to buy recharge coupon but could not get one than there was a dealer who handover me 2 scratch card of Rs 25/ * 2 = Rs 50/- now the card he handed to us were tataindicom card which were again a waste for us as it was not going to work. Now when i called the Tata Docomo helpline number there was Girl name Ms Pooja Kambli who gave me the information that the card was Tata indicom, as i informed the girl that i was in town and what can be done she without being sorry told me to take another card and refill it that was irritating because this is the solution you give to a customer whose only fault is that he is your customer and had bought scratch card from your dealer and again when the call was transfer to the senoir name Mr Bachan Yadav he also was very clear that he can only be sorry that i am his customer discusting service nobody apologize nobody is sorry and nobody is there to listen please keep the service up which makes us feel that we are noone not even customer and are sorry to use your services please call if anyone want to for further details on My Aircell Number [protected]

This is santosh kumar patro, i have lost my mobile so blocked my tata documo no [protected] but today, i have been to naupada tata indicam galary, thane, near naupada police station .they told to me your number have deactivated you need to contact dealer where you have purched. but i want to know when 1st time it was deactveted i have produced document then varified & after two days they have activated, now how it again deactivated .
and one pain full behaviour of one of the employee of naupada tata indicam galary, thane, is they did interest to listen customers problem, unfortunitely i donot know that employee name, but if require then i will go there and identify that person.
and my request is i want to take that number again how i can do that please inform me.

my mobile no is [protected] and it is inactive what is the promblem it is telling there in not enough credit to call and i am recharging then also it is not happening

I have ported my mobile no. to Tata Do Co Mo...for better services...but i am put by your officials on the verge of losing my mobile no...
I have submitted my documents alongwith the porting request...i got a message to submit my docs...otherwise my no. will be discontinued...i spoke to my vendor(Retailer...Jain Collection) who said that my documents are already forwarded to the distributor...
Further I spoke to Mr. Amit (Tata employee, in charge of Kandivali west) who assured that he will revert in 2-3 hrs...but no response...
So inspite of submitting docs on time...my services are discontiued due to ineffciency in docs collection...
My bread & butter is on mobile...& my services are barred since last 2/3 days...who cares...
