[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Horrible customer service & wrong product sold

I had very very bad experience on 30th July when I went to Tata DoCoMo gallery about by photon+ query the way I was treated was not accepted being customer the agents at the store were shouting & speaking very rudely in fact i felt insulted when those 3 agents were shouting when I was angry because of misproduct given to me. I was angry with them so those guys behaved unprofessional with me . I took photon plus on 18th July from Tata DoCoMo gallery in Akurdi , Pune. I had clearly advised the agent to give me 3g plan but since i didn’t knew 3g stick & photon stick is different neither the agent at the store told me I took the photon stick assuming it was 2g stick in fact I also confirm with the guy who sold me his name was Shrikant what is the speed I will get he told me 7.1mbps he never told me it has speed o[censored]p to 3.1mbps speed because its photon plus , it was his duty to explain me the difference he just explain me the plan that’s all . He took signature from me on the papers very hurrdley and told me that the no is activated and can use the internet. I told him I have my laptop in my car & will check he told me that’s no need it has been activated , so I assume that the stick which was given to me Tata photon plus was 3g when I went home the speed was low my wife uses internet only for Facebook and little for surfing so she told me that the speed is low i didn’t check I told her it may be due to network so days went I didn’t internet on 29th July i got call from customer service to check upon my account so at that time I came to know I don’t have 3g plan as I took photon plus so explain the agent I didn’t knew so he logged complain for this and told me we will check and call you back but no has call me after that. So as i mention i went to store on 30th July to check i was angry and was shouting to them because i got wrong product to my surprise the agent who sold me the product ( shrikant) proved me wrong & was shouting at me along with them there were 2 more girls I don’t know their names one who is the head of the store started taking the agents side and mentioned he is right and working from 3 yrs. and she started fighting with me i felt insulted instead of helping me both the girls were fighting with me as if i am no one , I am customer I paid for the product it was misguided to me , i tried to explain them but they were very abrupt , rude, aggressive to which i was surprised. I work for Vodafone i know what is customer service is but the guys at the store were horrible instead of helping me out they just told me we cant do anything you need to disc the photon plus connection tale new stick for 3g which cost rs1600 i told them to exchange and give me 3g dive will pay for the remaining amount but they say that they can’t do it that way instead they said that give it to your friend, now the device is useless for me i had great expectation to Tata DoCoMo but all in vain i am disappointed with such horrible customer service , I ask for the manager they told me that there is no one who comes here as they are far what stupid excuse that was i was laughing no manager surprise is it really Tata DoCoMo i thought. I won’t ever join Tata DoCoMo again will also tell people around not to use Tata DoCoMo they are horrible .
