[Resolved] Tata Docomo — poor network | |||
tata docomo makes a joke of 3g speeds and the customer care executives are not even least qualified to answer our questions they are fools in my sense because they dont know anything except few dialoges. eg : welcome to tata docomo...........blab . my no is [protected] and i have huge network problem in hubli aravind nagar near mosque. speed is 3 to 5 kbps complained to cc about 4 to 5 times no use. please help me out. Hotel Buddy — Connection got disconnected
I am having an Idea connection and I am using it for the past 2 years. From yesterday morning onwards I was not getting the connection and it was showing no network. I am in Bangalore for a business purpose and I called up my office and asked them to enquire about it in the costumer service. We got a answer from the costumer service stating that my roaming is deativated and it will be activatated with in two hours.I left Kerala two weeks before and still I am in roaming HOW CAN YOU DEACTIVATE MY ROAMING SERVICE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE DUE TO THAT I LOST SO MANY CALLS AND IT EFFECTED MY BUSINESS ALSO.
Today also from morning 6.00 AM onwards I am not getting the network. When I called up the costumer service they were saying your credit limit is over so that your connection got cut. You need to pay the payment without that you will not get the connection. WHY? WHAT IS THIS? A person in the roaming how can he pay the amount? It should have been informed yesterday. I am using the connection for the past two years and the guy was telling me when you took the connection it has been informed. How can me remember all these things which I signed two years back? I am not a default payer, you can check it even my current bill also I had payed. If i am a default payer or my current bill is pending then it is good to cut the connection. How can you do this to a good a costumer? While roaming definitly we will be getting so many calls and bill amount will go high. That will be included in the next bill and we will be paying it. If we are not paying it then it is ok to cut the connection. This is readicullous and just like insulting us as if we are going to run away with out paying the bill.
I want my connection to be connected back by any means and I can pay what ever the amount after comming back. You can either enhance my credit limit or do something.
I have suggested tata docomo from frient in Ratnagiri Maharashtra, He purchased it for my request
But he is getting very poor network in that area.I know you will definatly overcome the situation and
will make network strong. For that purpose I am offering you my land for tower installation on rantal basis. Exact address is ' Thiba palace Road, Hindu Colony, Near Hotel Landmark, Ratnagire, It will also cover the village Nachane. it is central place in ratnagiri. On 20th sep i complained about poor network in my area (khopoli) on your customer care....and i was assured from your service that this problem will be solved till 23rd sep..but today is 24th sep and still the condition is same in short worst...........
everyone will agree this point...i never experienced such bad network ever in my life...
my tata docomo is not working properly due to poor network please tell me what shall i do to continue my calls without any interruption.
SMS cost is charged and the SMS never reaches the mobile i send it to. I complained to the 'customer care' people and they sent me an e-mail which said that my problem was resolved...but the SMS problem is still intact...
I bought a Tata DOCOMO connection in Jan, 2010.The advertising campaign is very good but the network is very poor in Juhu, Mumbai even though it's near all the major colleges like NMIMS,Mithibai,D.J. Sanghvi and other SVKM colleges. The signal is very bad...comes and goes so calling is also difficult...not to mention call drops.
Also the customer care service is slow...long waiting time to reach representative etc
Pls address these issues as fast as possible..What is the use of 1p/s, Buddynet if no network!!

my mobile no. [protected] of Bhopal .Very poor network coverage where we are living. we are facing some problem related of network.
1. speech is not cleared when we talked.
2. one or two bar of signal are displayed in my phone .

Very very poor network coverage. I wasted my time money and energy. Total piece of . befooling in the name of 3 g. Bought for 3 g for my iPhone. They blame my phone but airtel 2 g is much much better. Those 3 horrible days. These Docomo ppl should be hangEd upside down and should be beaten till death due t excss blood loss from their backside.

I've been using tata docomo sim for 2and half years.The service provided is pathetic.My texts dont get delivered and i'm charged for the same.I do not get network most of the time.

i am using tata docomo prepaid card for net in my dongel but since last 15 days its horrible after about 15-20 min it gets disconnected automatically which is to much annoying a program to b e downloaded gets half done then gets disconnected then starts all over again today it was limit of this problem & all patience has crossed its limit today since last 4hours it is happening the same way i described above plz resolve my problem as soon as possible or u'll lose ur customer

This is in regard to the un availability of network in the 6th floor of IBM office located at FIRST TECHNOLOGY PLACE, FORTIUS BLOCK.Its been 3-4 weeks now and day by day the network issue is getting worse, If this continues then i will be forced to port to any of the other service providers in the market.Please let me know if this issue can be resolved at the earliest.I am sure if you try calling me in my number you will not be able to reach me while im in my office seat.My number is - [protected]
