[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — network related

Hi,
I Mr. Alikhan Merchant. I am a user of Tata Docomo service. Two weeks before. I have purchased the new sim card. My Mob No. [protected]. Since I have purchased this Sim Card. I am facing an Network issue. I have ample of times tried caling to customer care but I am unable to contact with them. Every time I am hearing the same that "all our agents are busy with other customer. Plz try after some time". I mean what is that Am i not a customer of docomo.
So the main issue is after trying to call them ample of times day after tomrw cal got conectd i have raised an compliant regarding netwrk and the complaint number is NWK[protected]. And the resolution timing ws til today 2.35pm but stil my problem is the same no resolution is provided.
So i request you guys to solve my issue otherwise. I have to take so strict ation against this.

I m tata docomo ([protected]) user since company came in market..my problem is related to network i have been register three time complain regards my network problem to the customer care and nodal desk of tata docomo.every time they give different resolution about my complain .first resolution what i got from them "in ur area network is weak so we have to new network tower...but if i was not facing this before 20days its no a matter of new site plan"
2nd time
"due to network conjunction u r facing this problem and our technical team is working and u'll get network improvement day by day but IN reality zero % problem has been solve from there side,just an bluff the customer..
3rd time..
"i gt call from backed department they told me sir our technical team is working in your area so your problem get solve as soon as..
the thing is that no one give me the exact timing or resolution date when my problem going to solve..no coverage network past 20days..they are not bother to solve my problem..i want compensation from tata docomo company...

I am Deep Pawar , an engineering student at Indus University. I am using a docomo sim card for more than 1 year continuosly. I had no network problem uptill now bt since 8th of this december , I have faced a lots of problem related to Docomo network. And not only me, my friends & other colleagues are also having same problem. We all have called customer care for more than 20 to 25 times but there is a poor response from their side. We all are frustrated now. They are not giving proper answers and they delay the resolution time. We have also visited the nearby docomo tower of our area but people residing there say that there is no security for the tower as well as no maintenance of the tower is carried out.

My name is Ashok from Ramanagara district. Sir am heard by the network Related Problem, we are facing the network problem at the Beginning and some of our region docomo costumers are lot of complained with these kind of problem self but no use that network problem still not yet to resolved in docomo side. some docomo costumers are port out docomo to some of other availed networks.
Am request you to sir please establish the docomo network on our region. In my village 4 networks are attached in 2 towers (idea Airtel Vodafone and BSNL ) and these networks are coverage above 25 villages and above 5000 users are their. So our instruction is please insert the docomo network on one of that our village towers. And all fecilities are their in our region, so please sir don’t neglect our request. As for soon resolve this problem and insert docomo network with high frequency on our region we are all support your docomo network.
Just assume sir when network are not available who are taking the sim and why did the buy it and use the services, these are all the problem on docomo. see in docomo Service is best, & offers also best but why the networks are worst. If the networks availed in all region the costumers are really reedy to buy it, otherwise no one can use the services without networks. In ratio 55% o[censored]sers are available in villages side so improve your networks on village side. See In any networks like Airtel Idea Vodafone these are improved day by day because of that providers are launched lot of networks on village side so.
So please I/we request you sir please launch the docomo network on our region

I shifted to a new house, now there is no network inside my house. Among all other networks, Docomo is the best. but now i am not satisfied. I cant even call or message inside my home. I think you will consider me as your valuable customer. So please do something. I am just fed up dialing to customer care.
