[Resolved] Tata Docomo — mental harassment & mental torture | |||
Hi I am Lalit this side, i am working in an automobile company as an Engineer. Around 10 days back my company provided me with new sim card of airtel (No. is [protected]). i started using it & after 2 day i started receiving calls from some tata landlines no. who are threatening me to pay bill of Rs.583 & even they are messaging me that i have unpaid bill of Rs.583. here are the No. from which i am receiving calls 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] I also received message from TA-INDCOM….Msg content is ( Hii!! your bill for Tata Photon Account No.[protected] is overdue. Please pay Rs. 583 immediately to enjoy continued services. Tata Photon. ) I am receiving calls around 10-15 times a day& around 5 msgs daily, whenever i tried to tell them their executive that i have taken this new no. & this photon connection does not belongs to me, they say that we will remove your name from database but than withing 10-15 mins i again receive the same call. I even asked for their regional manager’s no. but they dont even provide any contact no. of their concerned person. As one of their executive has told me that this photon connection is registered in the name of KPSIN Trade company, it was issued in October, 2010 & March bill is pending. I am not able to concentrate on my work just because of these calls. this is affecting my performance in my office. I AM BEING MENTALLY TORTURED BY TATA PHOTON COMPANY. Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your number is not registered with the given Tata Photon account number and no issue from our side.

Dear Sir,
I am again complaining against this. This thing is unethical & its a case of personal space violation. Its a mental torture & You should stop this.
Even you had assured me that i would not receive any calls in future. I am again receiving this calls at least 6 times a day from no. [protected], even i receive message from TA-Indicom asking me to pay bills.
