My mobile number is inactive — I am unable to have the mobile service

My mobile Number is[protected] and it has been coverted
from ompany number to Individual in October, 2008 and the same has been convered to Pre paid around 19-12.2008.
all the bills have been paid including Rs.1450/- that was due to the Airtel on 24th instant.
The mobile phone is out of coverage since today moring i.e. 27th decmber, 2008 for reasons unknown to me.
I am travelling in Andhra Pradesh and this is a serious convenience to me and hence needs to be reddressed immediately failing wihch I will have untold hardship.

Pl do the needful.

i took Docomo sim card by submitting necessary documents.It was working fine for 20 days and suddenly showing as 'Inactive Sim'. I called customer service at [protected].They did'nt guide me any.
Then i been to office at
1st floor, 5-10-173, Vasantha Chambers,
Fathe Maidan Road,
Hyderabad - 500001.

The manager(Mr.Vikram) is giving reckless answers and not giving solution to my problem.
My mobile number is [protected]

Hoping for solution to my problem and soon get re-activate my sim.

I taken sim from wardha retail mobile shop and using it in nagpur, now suddenly it is showing inacive sim, even i am unable to call customer care also.please activate the sim as soon as possible, mob no.[protected]
no resoluton done yet i need to activate my sim plz responce the complain mob no.[protected]

I have taken POSTPAID tata docomo unlimited 899 plan . Its been 8 days i have taken the connection. Still my sim is not activated .
Every day i am visiting Tata Indicom Exclusive Store (174 No.120, Ground Floor, Next To Bata Showroom, Sampige Main Road, 8th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore - 560003) and every day they are asking for one more day .


I am completely frustrated with your services . Pls activate my account today itself or refund my Rs 850.


Very bad experience with Tata Docomo services.
