[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Automatic Balance Deduction

My cell no. is [protected]. I've not activated any value added services, till my balance is reduced automatically w/o any information. I've called nodal office no. [protected] of tata docomo & absolutely not satisfied with the information provided by them. Also the customar care executives not attended the call. I must get my reduced balance of service which I've not activated. THIS IS CHEATING!!! No proper information is provided by the customer care cell. They must be punished!!! My only demand is my deducted balance must be refund IMMEDIATELY !!!!

Hi,
My name is Bilal & I am using a tata docomo sim card with no. [protected]. From last two days I am receiving delivery reports from[protected] and my mobile balance is automatically getting deducted.
This is a real mess because the customer care executive does not know the actual reason for this deduction.
This is really bad as we as consumers are facing a great problem from such issues.
Reading the forums confirms such issues are persisting from very long.

From last few days my balance is deducting automaticly.

On 14th may 2011 around 11:15 PM, due to some confusion i made a call to your customer care & talk with one of your executive YASHWANT SINGH. On call he misbehaved with me & use wrong language, then i warned him - not to do this kind of things, from this customer care level & being a representative of TATA DOCOMO he can't use such language.

From this date & time you can check my balance is deducting automaticly. I am not subscribing to any service but still my balance is deducting & after complaining i get my deducted balance. but getting balance back is not ultimate solution why it is happening & if it is done or made or thru this executive.

You & your company is harrasing me.

I need a strict action from your side within next 48hours or I have to Mail TRAI for the same.

I have recorded some of the voice call with your other executives.

I know that TATA customer care is very poor. The way out is go to TATA website and there are a lot of email IDs and Phone nos. of all top authorities. send a mail to all of them about this issue. Also try calling some of them. It will take some time but this process generally solves the problem.

I AM AJMAL BABU, I AM ALSO GETING THIS PROBLEM. WHEN I TAKE MY POSTPAID CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL SERVICE. FROM OCTOBER 2013 EXTRA CHARGE SHOWN BY THE HEADING VALUE ADDED SERVICES AND I AM PAYING THIS AMOUNT FOR FOUR OR MORE MESSAGES THEY CHARGED RS 3 FOR EACH MESSAGES. WHEN I CALL AIRTEL CUTOMER CARE THE EXICUTIVE IS NOT KNOW ABOUT[protected] THE NUMBER DETAILS. WHAT WE DO.? SOMBODY TELL US ANY REMEDY AGAINST THIS PROBLEM.
