I am sourabh vaidya living in thane.I am a airtel customer.In the last week the airtel servers were burnt. Since that day I am not getting any network.I want to know what action to take for this.

Hi Consumer Complaint Team,

I am using Idea Prepaid ( Mobile No: +91-[protected] ) Connection.

In this area Nahar Amrit Shakti, Near Nahar Sales Office, Chandivali, Andheri (East ), Mumbai, India. I am not getting network coverage and facing

call dropping problem. This is really causing lot of inconveniences.

Please help me to resolve call drop and network issues.

Thanks for the consideration of my concern.

On 14th Sept 2012 ATUL CHAVAN from your team called to enquire about complaint number 1-[protected], without fixing network coverage and facing call dropping issue he closed complaint number 1-[protected].

Still I am seeing network coverage and facing call dropping issue is not resolved. Could you please help me to resolve/address this issue ASAP?
