[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — tata photon -billing for no service

my account no is[protected] i got tata photon in my company plan and some terms that card is free and also i will use service for 6 months .but after 15 days o[censored]sage i was having spped of 4-10 kbps.i am getting the bill even i am already not using tata photon from last 3-4 months when customer care told me that in my area i will get 4 kbps speed even they promised for 3.1 mbps that time i told him to disconnect me now after 3-4 months what is the logic of bill when i paid for 2 months advance and used 1.5 months.now they are asking for 4600 .so overall they are asking me to pay 1800+4600 = 6400 for 1.5 moth with 4 kbps speed.this is and and now they are giving me justification that according to my plan i can not opt out before 6 moths even if they provide me worse service. .
i need answer why you are following the policy of 6 moths plan when you can not follow your policy for 3.1 mbps speed.
why did not you disconnect at that time when i told them.
how can you charge people when you forced them to move out.

Tata Photon + — TATA PHOTON SERVICE

I Have Tata photon bought just 1 month ago.I live in Hyderabad.Believe me just do not buy this device.They told that 1st 1 month was free but they charged me an extra bill of Rs 500 and the speed does not exceed 70 or 80 kbps,nextly when i called tollfree no and asked me for unsubscribing the service ,I was even charged for calling tollfree number.Oh my God I couldn't believe this one of the worst telecom service of my lifetime.Is this how Tata company meets their customer needs.
YES EVERY ONE HAS FACED LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THESE SERVICES.THANKS FOR BSNL FOR INTRODUCING PREPAID WIRELESS CONNECTIONS

,i hv got a broadband connection in 26th of MAY.n that time the representative told me abt its rs500 plan,n its feature.he said that my credit limit will be 800 rupees, and after that your connection will be lost.
within 10 to 12 days he asked me to pay whooping abt 1600 rupees,while i got a message of my bill in my mobile is near 850 rupees. how it was possible sir?
because off this i went his kankarbagh office several times,n i was totally harrashed. sir i hv 2 video recordings in which his staff accepted his mistake,and that time i hd to pay full billing charge.sir please take some action.

Tata Photon+ — billing

I have purchase tata photon + on dt.30.04.2011. & as per tata photon my connection have first month
( 1 month / 2 gb )zero rental . your customer care say me my billing circle on dt. 14th per month. Than how you can make my bill after 15 days. I m note happy with tata photon+

I am using Tata Photon since 2 years I had not faced any problem then how this persons are facing those problems they are critics.
i wll agreed with you, but why they suggest me wrong way, why they say me my 1st month bill is zero rental. i m not aware with your rules of billing.
i m useing 1st time with internet connection but i m very upset with your company.

TATA/TATA PHOTON+ — RELATED SERVICE

I AM A PREPAID SUBSCRIBER OF TATA PHOTON+.LAST MONTH I RECHARGED MY NUMBER ([protected]) WITH JK700 PLAN.IT WORKED NICELY FOR 2-3 DAYS BUT AFTER THAT WHEN I CONNECTED IT, I WAS NOT EVEN GETTING CONNECTED TO MY HOMEPAGE(GOOGLE). I MEAN THAT MY 700 RUPEES GOT WASTED & NOW I WANT JUSTICE.

what the hell r u talking about...i recharged my number 5 days ago with 700 rupees...& still i m facing the same problem...plzzz refund my last months 700 rupees
u can check how many times i have lodged comlaints in ur cncrnd dptt...how can you say that there was no wrong deduction...????

i purchase a tataphoton mobile micromax Eg 333 dt 28.05.2011, but TV is not conecet with tata photon i already complant your costumer care i visit tata costumer care but not respose there side i visit micromax service center they were that no falt in mobile they saying you go to tata costumer care center
please you saing about this problem.

Tata Photon — Delay in Service

I have a Tata Photon no. [protected]. Tata Photon service center assured me that it will work on ROAMING also, but my device is not working on roaming. In order to get it corrected I raised a complaint on March 30th and these guys have not rectified the problem till now.
And in response, whenever I call the service center they say that they will correct it soon without any end-date.

Tata Photon's speed is very slow in NCR also and service center is of no use.
