[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unfair balance deduction and mobile not activated!!

Hello, my TATA DoCoMO mobile number is [protected]. I recently ported from Vodafone to TATA DoCoMO as I was rid o[censored]nfair deductions from Vodafone, now it hasn't been 2 days I got deducted rs. 30 , I got a SMS saying that buddy chat was activated. I did not activate it. I deactivated it by calling to 155223 and it got deactivated.

But STILL my balance remains the same!! It has not been refunded. I tried to reach out customer care by dialing 121 and pressing "9" It says your number has not been activated? wtf? You guys must be seriously kidding. I moved to TATA DoCoMO for quality and I expect this.

I hope for a positive response as soon as I can. Please expedite my request.

Tata docomo cellular. — Uneven balance deduction.

I am a user of tata docomo from last two years.
Last month ,on 4th feb, i recharged my account with 50rs.
After few hrs, i rcvd a msg dat you hv been chargd rs 43 for nazara games pck..When I complaint, they returned me rs 30. Saying that the cannot return more than 30rs per mnth. And they will return the remaining amount next mnth.
I still didnt rcvd the money bck.
On 6th march, i rchrgd my acc. Wid rs 200 and actvd a 95rs gprs pck, my 95 rs was ddctd n my remaining bal was 108rs. On the same eve, again i rcv a msg dat ur 95rs plan hv been actvd and again 95 rs was ddctd frm my acc.

I was charged rs 190 for 95rs plan.
Nw m nt getting my money bck.
Please help me.

Tata Docomo — Deduction From mobile balance

While using nokia ovi store on mobile, recieved a message on my mobile no. [protected] from Tata Docomo regarding deductions of Rs. 14.0/- and another deduction of Rs. 99.0/- for downloading GamePack on Tata Docomo 3G Life WAP Service.
Actually no such data has been downloaded.

Dear sir,
I am a customer of tata docomo from one year. sir each time recharge my mobile they deduct my mobile balance . They left only 1 rupee. when i enquired reason for deduction they said 'you have downloaded this game or that game and that had cost 20, 30,40,50rupees and so on, but never download a single game ever. This happens from last six month. Please help me and suggest me what I should do.
