[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Why the call Units/Duration include 000117 on bill when calculating.

This is Santhosh
I use a Tata docomo post paid connection with number [protected],I received my second bill this month and i am having a trouble in understanding the charged amount,
The bill is also attached below,
Can you check the Itemized view>>Local charges>>
How that amount comes to 462.60 when you are not charging for 000117?
For all other service provider number to which i made calls is coming to around Total:53.40
And if i include this AT&T number the amount coming closure Or exceeding 463/-
Please let me understand what is logic here? Or am i wrongly calculating the charges?
Also the total Duration says 24 hours(Including all Airtel,Vodafone,AT&T etc...) but when i don't include the AT&T then it wont cross 2 hours.
How is this correct? when u say you wont charge for 000117...then why u calculate the hours?

I am still waiting for a resolution on the concern registered on my above complaint and the ref number is[protected]...
The concern is registered on 8th of Aug with Docomo but still no solution...I am even contacting customer care every alternate day...but the answer i get is "You concern is being handled by our team" but until when this will be in In progress status...?
Today Docomo customer care agent says:
They tried to contact me on an alternate number-I even dont know that alternate number which they say they tried...And i don't understand when complaint is on [protected], why they try to call alternate number?
When i asked for the Status(As they said they tried to reach me)they say the same answer that"Complaint is being worked by concern team"
My incoming is barred last week because i did not pay my last billed amount which is 642/- Because the same problem i noticed on my previous bill and Docomo team asked me to pay the amount and the amount will be adjusted if toll free is charged but nothing happened so this time i want the resolution first then i pay the bill...
A new bill generated with an amount of 923/- and i feel again 000117 is included on charges...
I am really unhappy the way this is treated...
Now i just want Docomo to show/prove me that 000117 is not charged on my bill, Then its an hour work for me to pay the amount and raise a request for permanent deactivation...
