The speed of browsing as well as that of download is dead slow. Moreover, the speed+ software that is recommended to increase the speed doesn't works at all and the speed+ server is either busy or not reachable most of the times. At the time of buying, they told that a varying download speed of 30-40 kbps would be available but it all turned out to be fake... i'm currently getting a download speed of max. 2-3 kbps after using the speed+ as well as an another download accelerator. Tata indicom works properly but its not having the speed for download. All my friends who use the plug2surf are complaining about the slow downloading proceess. My advice is try Reliance or some other.

its so slow to use.i have also bsnl dailup connection its better that tata plug to surf.download speed of my plug to surf is 4kbps/sec.its so bad that ur service is not good.

Tata is basically a cheater company always to launche any new product in market. When I brough tTata Indicom Modem & connection whatever was told are now absolutely lies. Anyways, these are the TATA's business strategy to capture market...Mr. Ratan Tata, I guess you know the proverb - Quality can not come cheap, .

i completely agree with the complaint. i think tata indicom is the most cheater company of the country. what they told they never follow. they just sell their device by cheating innocent people. plz never buy any thing of tata indicom.

I am also of the opinion that the Tata Indicom plug to surf is dam slow and getting the connection is also very problematic. If I try 10 times only it connects once. I never been able to use the speed+ server as well. and when I connect also I gets below 2 - 3 kbps.

Please provide any facility to increase the speed

the speed+ software is not working at all. ihave been usin for past 2 months. the download speed very slow. i feel sleepy while browsing due to this sloooooooooooooow speed. please suggest me solution for fast speed and suggest me to improve the speed

I have bought this connection 3 days ago, on my PC the speed+ is not working. The speed of internet is very poor. Downloading takes so much time that makes me so much irritated that i have to shut down the connection without completing my work. The company should look after this matter seriously as TATA is a well known brand.

why are doing like this. you are not providing atleast the minimum speed you specified for plug to surf it is worthlesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss to use this connection at a cost of 899Rs even though i complaint about this problem but no one is taking care of it .i planned to change this connection.i recommended to do this for all.

tata indicom plug to surf device — very less data speed

since last few days i am experiencieng very less speed, i feel cheated by tata's . what they claim is mere fake. my a/c no is [protected], there is also no option to migrate to tata photon medem.

sir plzzzz clarify this dought i purchased indicom whiz last 2 moths ago first 10 days the speed is very less and i complient to u and mechanic came and checked with walky ad it inform to u but at that time the speed was some wat better but i did not understand that if server is there the speed was no coming not only downloading uploading also tooooooooooooooooooooo bad some times totally blocked it will shows 0.00kbps and noo responce actually wat is the problem if server is some wat better the net was not coming soo plz clarify this or replacement another moderm

no speed+ sever connection, repeatedly "cannot detect speed+ severer, speed+ stopped".What does it mean, this is completely cheating. I[censored] fix this problem in 48hours. it is ok. Other i will go to consumer court. thank you.
