[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — phone disconnect without any information

My self Hemant Aggarwal R/o B-31, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon Haryana. My TATA prepaid Mobile Number [protected] has been disconnected today without any prior information. I was contact to customer care on tel.number [protected] regarding this matter and he is told me that your number is disconnected due to verification. I am using this number last 2 years and I have also submitted my ID with address proof at the time of connection.

You are requested to please resolve my problem.

tata indicom prepaid mobile number — Disconnected no. without any reason

i have buy a tata indicom prepaid no from the pandav nagar Delhi on 20.12.07.it was activated when i purchase it but after 3 days it has been disactivate.and after complaints a lot of time it is close till now.
pls tell me wat is my fault
i already 2 times submitted my id proff with photograph

The phone no and address of the shopkeeper as under

name of shopkeeper is vijay gupta.

u r requested to look into matter & open the connection as soon as possible.


now i warn u that if it is not activated with in 24 hours. i will go in consumer court. and it can be very difficult for u.

TATA Indicom Connection — PACKAGE INFORMATION

iam vikranth holding [protected]. I have already complainted about my T2T unlimimted free offer is getting deducted from my main balance. the complaint refference number is. 06004721. u plz follow through the details. i had the time up to 27-01-09 so i kept calm But as i got a call from customer care center from the no. of ([protected]) on 24-01-09 at 2.01PM where i was in important meet.
& i have been informed that i will get my amount back with in 24 hours[protected] along with the activation of T2T unlimited free. After that i have called to ur call center executives & asked them that[protected] will be sunday is there any problem to activate or will it added! ) they replied that (no problem sir! that will be activate & the amount will be added to u!) but till now no proceedings have took place. & the mess is happened that i could not contact any customer care persons through my mobile. this thing made me very irritated. i need the things should be done with in 1hour if not i may go to the consumer court by the proofs i have on the negligency of the feed back.
NOTE:- i already made a call to the customer care on 24th jan it self & thanked to executive Mr.Majunath team lead. as after i got the call. But now I got 2 know that i have became fool to thank u people before the things done. iam feeling very much bad to be informed that u people called & made me fool.. i dont need a confirmation call i need that the things to be done with in an hour as soon as u get this mail. & i also request u people that make in the touch of call center executives. but not through mail. coz it makes me to waste my time.

CAUTION:- plz help me out with in an hour as u get the mail.

TATA Indicom — Disconnection of my cell number

I bought new tata lifetime prepaid cell in January. The number is [protected]. But they have disconnected it. I have approached them but there are no proper reason. I just want the reason of cancellation and I want to reactive it.

I had a postpaid connection of TaTa Indicom in the Name of Manish Agarwal [protected] and it was stolen from our car and i immediately called up the TATA indicom call centre But to the horror of my life they said they will not block the SIM and I will Have to get one FIR first and than with in a week they will block it NOW who will pay for the usage of phone if any and if it is misused who will be responsible fot those calls Sirs/Madam please do some thing about it and Oblige

TATA Indicom — Disconnect my phone

My name is suresh and i had a Post paid number of Tata Indicom([protected]) due to some reasons i decide to change my service post paid to pre paid.After giving all required document i convert my number to prepaid.But after five days my outgoing calls is not working.As i talk to customer care they reply that I not submit my documents.

I visited tataindicom true value hub they reply that by mistake they not submit all of my documents so I want to know why i will suffer by any other mistake.my number is not working from last two days and it is becoming the reason of my big loss of work and money also.

By giving this complain i want to take refund of my loss from Tata Indicom Prepaid services.

TATA Indicom — no disconnection

This is regarding the disconnet the mob no(prepaid-TATA INDICOM)-[protected]-JITENDER KUMAR.
Just want to confirm you that i did not put any request for disconnet the said mob no .
After all this the service has been disconnected without any information and i had tryed many times to customer care center from where i did not received any positive response which is showing very poor service of the brand.

For your information i had also login a complaint at cannaught place branch (new delhi) where Mr some person named -vikas kaul had attend the call with commitment of 12 working hours it will get activated with reffrance no[protected].
Kindly do some actionable on this and get it activated next one day working otherwise i can go to any level of your managment.

tataindicom / tatadocomo — phone disconnection / deactivation

Dear sir,

I am having tata prepaid walky bearing no. [protected] since long time (6 years back) and I am using the same for all my incoming calls.

The said connection was deactivated in November, 2011 without giving any notice or so with the pretext of non usage of the said connection. I am receiving the n numbers of calls every day. You can see my in coming log of my phone for your verification.

I am also having around Rs.60/- prepaid balance on date of deactivation.

I have approached nodal officer of tatatele. The Nodal officer not responded positively and not given answer to my above queries.

You are requested to lookinto the matter and do the needful keeping in view that I am using that phone you can see the incoming log and I am also having prepaid balance of around Rs.60/-

Please suggest me course of action left to me
