[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Plug To Surf — Service Related

I have taken a plug to surf internet connection of this company. First of all i was sold this modem at a price Rs. 500 more than the company price by New Baba Collection, in Aundh, Pune. and second of all my service has not been activated since 17th of oct 2008. The service is said to be activated within one day. I have submitted my Drivers Lisence as an address proof and also my college id Card as the local address proof. i am being told repeatedly that my service will be activated. But it has not happened till date. I am being given various excuses. also the dealer who i bought it from has sold it for a much costlier price. i have the original bill with me which states the price at which it was sold to me.

TataIndicom — plug and surf connection

I applied for plug and surf connection on 20/12/2007 through an executive Mr.Ratnakar who was supposed to come home to collection the deposit of Rs1000/- but i helped him and gave away the deposit at banashankari so that he was spared to come to my home which is 12 km away from there. I had given him the money along with the required documents. Even after 10 days i did not get the connection nor received any phone whatsoever from the above named executive so, i called the customer care (via complaint no.[protected] only to find that the same was not even logged-in with the firm.
Then i went to the customer care cell at Kormangala, bangalore were the customer care executive took nearly 3 hours to find out who has taken the money and he comes under which franchise. Then i spoke to the team head at the franchise Mr. Dawood who personally assured the matter will be taken into care immediately. However again this fellow (Ratnakar)was not tressable for more 1 few week. On 4/01/2008, again he took some documents and went away. The same was logged in only on 7/01/2008.

On 10/1/2008 again i went to kormangala to find why the connection has not yet been given. They assured me today or tommarrow i will get the connection.Till nobody has turned here. I just want the connections at an earliest and also the tata company should take required actions to rectify this kind of problems to the customers. Today while sitting in the tata office at kormangala i was surprised to see similar complaints were there.

I have been using tata indicom phone since 4 yrs and i am pleased to say i have never come across any problem of any sort with it. So i kindly request the tataindicom company to take my complaint as suggestion and not complaint.
I went to the head office on .......... and after waiting for 2 hrs came to know they were unable to help me
Internet connection no [protected] (325 V Data Plan). The connection was sold to me by Mr Rupinder Working in your office situated at opposite Jeevan Prakash, LIC building. I was told by Mr Rupinder that 300 SMS can be sent at a time through web2sms service in Rs 1/- only. But on receiving the bill I came to know that there is no such kind of facility available.

I bought this internet facility only due to the attraction of tarrif plan of SMS (as described by Mr Rupinder). Otherwise there is no use of this internet facility for me.

I did not expect from TATA INDICOM that false selling could be done.

You are requested to kindly look into it and resolve my grivance at an earliest else the matter will be taken to higher most authorities.

Tata Indicom Plug to Surf — line still not withdrawn

Hi, this is regarding my connection of tata indicom plug to surf. As our device got damaged & tata dosent do the servicing of the device we decided to surrender the connection ( unlimited plan 600/-) & my no was [protected]. According we contact park street regional office to tata indicom & gave an application to discontinue the connection also i paid all the dues. It was told that within 1 month another bil of Rs 300 will come as a proseccing charge to surrender the bill which also i paid. Consequently i recvd several calls from tata indicom requesting not to surrender the line. But unfortunetly i started again receiving bills for the same connection. Even collection staffs are coming to collect the bill amt. I spoke to local tata indicom Showrooms & Cs but nothing is updated. I am getting harrassed every month & need a parmanent solution.
i had very gud experience with cheeting TATA Telecom, i am using plug in moderm, i informed my change of address but they never correct it and not sending bill but thery are sending sms pay your balance amount Rs 9/-otherwise we will disconnect, i contact their senior officers but idid nt get the bill till date and my adress also not changed, read that whole story how they mentaly distrubed me

I am using your TATA Tele service for Last 15 Months from Phagwara division, I Shifted My Residency from VPO Chaheru (Phagwara) to Ludhiana in the Month of September, So I went to your TATA Office at Mall Road Branch in Ludhiana on 20th October regarding my change of address with proper proof and payment for current Balance, I met Mr. Sanjay in that office for address change and I handed over to him my written application with Xerox copy of my Office ID card proof and he accept it after verifying with original office id and forwarded to System incharge female staff and she requested me to make bold in the new address in that letter then immediately I underline the new address with different color pen after that she typed wrongly in the address in system. I found out this problem around 6.28 pm onthat same very day while paying my bill (after seeing my Payment Receipt). I urged to meet that same system incharge female for correction but she is not available, immediately I went to met Mr.SANJAY with in a minute and I informed that address mistake to him and he told to me I will do it tomorrow. I try to meet Mr. Navdeep (Incharge Manager/Head) to solve this problem immediately but I am not able to meet that Head on that day but I had talk with that person next day morning regarding this problem by mobile(21st Oct). Even though I had talk with Mr.Sanjay the next couple days (21st & 22nd October) regarding that same problem personally by phone, he replied me on 22nd Oct “That mistake was corrected Yesterday itself after your phone call (21st Oct call)”. After that I did not get current bill till date. So I myself went to near by France to find the problem and then I found from Model Town France office onwards, Till date that address problem was not rectified, it’s happened on last Saturday (i.e. 22nd November). I want clarify from you what type of Customer service your doing? I got your office number and mail id from Your Hyderabad Head office onwards yesterday, I try to contact you today but I had talk with Mr.Rishi behalf of you, I explained all the details to Mr.Rishi nearly 15mins by telephonic conversation around 2pm today, he also told to me I will solve this problem with in a day and then u will get your bill with in 5days, after that due date what is the use of getting bill but you people will do one good job i.e. collect fine from customer even though if its your mistake, so to avoid this kind of problem I already paid my bill. Mr.Rishi contact me again the same very day evening around 4.10 pm couple of time and told to me Mr.sanjay is in online please talk to him but in first call Mr.Sanjay is not come to my line or may be he don’t want to talk to me, Next time I had a call from Mr.Rishi after 10 mins and told to me Mr. Sanjay is in online (2nd call) now and he will rectify your problem, I also accept Mr.Rishi worlds and I wait for couple of min in line for Mr.Sanjay. Later he came to line but he could not listen my words and cut the line while talking in-between us, so what is this Manner, you people torching who is the good customer, so I decided to go to Legal complaints against your service in TRAI and your Hyderabad office also. I don’t want to your service from upcoming month onwards, If your giving service after 8th of Dec I am not responsible to pay for that and any service inconvenience happen in between this month (upto 8th Dec) I will give complaints against yourself. I know how to take this complaint to Telecommunication Ministry and TRAI and I will forward this complaint letter to Daily Newspapers also, can I wait for your response upto 10am tomorrow, if your not responding tomorrow regarding this complaints I will move asper as what ever I written in this letter. Tata Indicom Plug to Surf — Excess of Bill

This is Ravinder, i was using plug to surf for past 1 year with number [protected], though the speed was horrible always, but i was managing somehow because the device in itself cost Rs. 3500, but this time they just cross their limits, i was charged Rs. 1067 and Rs.1800 respectively for the month of Oct and Nov 2008, inspite of raising several request regarding this i just got the reply that their system is showing so. I have already send them my dialer logs as attachment on complaint forum of their website, but still its of no use.
Worst service with big bills.

Tata Indicom Plug to Surf — It is good for nothing

I took a tata indicom plug to Surf connection and I was told that speed will come nearly 200kbps.
But when I got the device and SIM, I checked the speed to be 2kbps,
I logged a complain and the technician came to my home, did not find any clue to resolve the issue.
Then I talked to TATA Indicom superviser to cancel the connection.
And I asked wat to do with the modem after cancelling the connection, ans was it was my mistake to take tata connection and they can not help.
What a disgusting reply...
Now the modem is lying with me without any use..
So I will request every one to go for this tata plug to surf [censored]ing connection.

I have used upto 17/1/2009 only 1858 mts. that means I have used the interned withing the free usage limit. Thus i have to pay only 325 rental + service taxes which comes out Rs. 365. But ur authority send me a bill for Rs. 586. Plz look into the matter and take proper action. otherwise I won't continue your service.

Tata Indicom Plug to Surf — close the complaint without my confirmation

I was using TATA indicom Plug to surf, i bought it as it would help me when i am roaming also,
but when i was in Bhopal in Feb 2008 it was not working so raised a complaint Customer care[protected],
there was no action from the tata indicom on my complaint and when i asked the Customer care after my delivery in August 2008, they said the complaint is closed,
they never had confirmation from my side it was working.

i have already paid from Feb to Aug though i was not using the same, after calling them i told them to disconnect my account but they did it on OCT 5 and now they are asking me to pay for two months more,

they are torturing me by sending postal mails, and CC of TATA indicom is admant to listen to my request.

This is K.Anwer with a tata no- [protected] & [protected], a regular customer of Tata since long ago moving from Up to delhi and now in Rajasthan, is writing this mail with a deep SORROW given by the organisation of tata indicom.

I have recharged my no. with Rs 699 so that i can get the facility o[censored]nlimited tata to tata lacal+std call, on 12-04-09.

But since then it has been regularly happening that i found deductions from my main account making a wholesum of more than 100 Rs calling on tata numbers.

Riticulous, i want my money. They are not solving this disgusting problem still. The reply of the complain is--the problem is due to the home zone--whats this home zone matter---ok if problem is bcoz of home zone then it must be happening regularly--but on the first moment the calls seems to be normal that is free and right at the second moment sitting on the same chair calling on the same number balance found to be deducting---amazing---this is nothing but robbing poor customers by fake explanations. On telling all these, they are not ready to hear me, & just repeating home zone home zone and home zone----it was my fault as i trusted & choos tata leaving rim giving atleast not this type of piculear robbings. Further before making the recharge of 699 i asked customer care- whether there is any problem for me on recharging this---reply was a bold confident NO---whats up.
I will not only close my & my family members tata numbers but will also spread all your these robbing behaviours to as more persons as possible. Will stop definately to known ones to get the connection of tata.

TATA Indicom Plug To Surf — very poor customer care service

Hello Everyone! I am pasting my correspondences with TATA INDICOM with regard to their internet services. Can you imagine a company more poor in customer service??? i have taken connection on 4 th of july still now i am not able to connect.When i called to the customer care they are saying that documents are not submitted yet.But i submitted on that day itself.
i wanna tell u that i am having an empty shop at anand parvat bus stand and having a good space and legal too...
i tell u a truth that ur communication centre at anand parvat is illegal and will be destroyed by the end of this year and i wanna give my shop on rent... so i[censored] r interested then u can take a look over it and think over it to open ur communication centre..

TATA Indicom Plug To Surf — lots of packet losses

I m using tata indicom plug to surf ([protected]) i did migrate my plan to unlimted coz i was going to my netive place in november in Goa there was network issue of tata indicom network in my area my visit was only for four days i had sent an email to tata nodal officer there Ms sonal had replied me its a very short period to resolve this problem please bear with us next time you wont face this problem.I said ok

Then i came to mumbai i stay at nalasopara where i was facing same issue so i gave complient to tata docket no was[protected] problem wsnt solved again i did complient docket no was[protected] same no responce after that on [protected] i explient them about their wors services sopken with mr vishal on this no he gave me another docket no which was [protected] status was closed by sying network issue then i got a call from tata he gave me docket no[protected] no of docket nos but they are not solving my issue its more than a month now

Finally i sent an email to ms sonal for settelment in that she gfave me reply u r problem has been resolved and u have to pay full no money we will not give any settelment today i did call to speak with ms sonal on nodal officers no i.e [protected] everytime diffrent diffrent persons came and said sonal will call u shortly we will arrenge a call from sonal who sit at tata teleservices pune but from 12.00 to 18.00 same answer she will call you and all then whts the use of nodel officers in tata why tata ppls are not taking this matter seriously specialy ms sonal i want to do point out why u r in tata to make customers mad please take this matter seriously sir now i have booked another connection it should not happen with others each and every time i have paid ontime some times in advance really third class customer service as well nodel officer suport which i got from tata for any details feel free to contact
