[Resolved]  Tata Indigo Manza — Faulty car

We have purchased tata Indigo manza quadrajet 02/2012 .


We went to Karnataka and in between Bijapur the AC compresser stopped working giving weird smell inside the car. We called customer care they came after 10 hours and the service centre was only 50 km away from there.
Then they said we can't do any thing now you will have to wait till tomorrow we took a lodge and stayed over there the next day when we went to service centre they were just ignoring us not even ready to start our work and even not even saying what happend . After 1.pm they started as they have promised us that they will give the car before 12. But they started work after 1 .

They told me that your AC compresser has damaged and many more thing they said in the evening 6 they had given car to us saying that your all work has been done .

We said thanks and started our journey towards Mumbai as soon has we just covered 50 km from the service centre the AC AGAIN HAD STOPED WORKING and weird smell again was coming we called the service manager of Bijapur I asked him what is this we only covered 50 km and again it is giving the same problem . He replied that is not our problem we solved problem from our side we don't know now you go to Mumbai service centre and show to them he was very rude.

Any how we came to Mumbai and the next day I went to service centre told him everything what happend with me in Bijapur .

He told we will check and say after two days I called them they said your AC COMPRESSER IS damaged I said him just 4 to 5 days back I have replaced it in Bijapur how is this possible . He said I don't know but we will changed here once again and agin it will not happen I said ok .

After 5 to 8 days he had given me the car I checked cooling was ok.

I was happy but again after few km it was blowing all water from the AC .. Every where water water inside the car with in 10 minutes.

I went to service centre again after a week I asked them what is this they said they will check and reply.. After 1 week I called they said agin your AC COMPRESSER is damaged and also there where many more things which stopped working .


I have launched a case against tata motors now .

I want replace of car as only 3 months old car all it was in service centre again and again something or the other problem as I think that the car was faulty when they had given me.
