[Resolved]  Tata Indigo Manza — manufacturing faulty vehicle

I had purchased Indigo Manza Aqua model on Jun17,2011 from Garyson motors Ldh..I had faced several problems in the vehicle since the date of purchase.I am mentioning the parts that have been found defective in the vehicle.



1.Bumper changed due to improper paint match with body.

2.Rear boot (dickey)lock changed due to damaged lock.

3.Indicator combination changed after three visits to service stations.

4.Radiator fan changed due to excessive noise because of misalignment of fan wings.

5.Centre lock cell changed after 2 days of purchase.

6.Stay rod bush changed due to suspension problem.

7.Air inlet through doors was stopped by pressing door frames against body.

8.Rubber gasket of doors was ordered because of air inlet .

9.Again stay rod bush changed due to suspension problem.

10. Again Centre lock cell changed..

11.Again rear boot (dickey)lock changed due to damaged lock.

12.Again Centre lock cell changed.

13.Again stay rod bush changed due to suspension problem.

14.Link rods changed due to bush problem.

15.Starting problem occured due to ECU problem.


15.Steering wheel was not in good condition . It was twisted from its mean position from very Ist day of purchase.

17.Handles above doors are ordered for replacement because of damaged handles.

18.Air conditioning cooling was poor and gas was filled WITHOUT DETECTING LEAKAGE..

19.Steering mechanism is not o.k. .Left tyre rotates with sliding while taking left turn causes excessive wear of tyre.

20.Steering does not come to its mean position after taking turn.

21.Bonnet produce sound on bumpy roads.

22.Now radiator fa need replacement due to excessive noise production noise because of misalignment of fan wings.

23.Centre lock remotes are changed .

24.Compressor changed but A.C. still not working properly.
25.condenser and cooling coil changed but still a.c. not working.
26.rack and pinion mechanism changed but steering is still not o.k.
27. clutch plate needs replacement due to faulty clutch plate.
28. engine oil is entering the coolant tank .


I request TATA MOTORS to change my vehicle so that i can drive the vehicle with joy not with tension.

It will be appreciable if quick action is taken. Also in case of no action CONSUMER COURT will be consulted.
