[Resolved] Tata Indigo Manza — Delay in Delivery of the Car | |||
We booked Tata Indigo Manza with a newly opened Dealer National AutoWheels, Hadapsar, Pune, on 18th of April 2011 and was promised, that, the car can be delivered by the month end. It was an important occasion for us on 4th of May and we asked them to deliver the car on that day, the dealer promised that the car will be delivered by then, as a function was going to be held on 6th in our family, at Mumbai, however, they could not deliver the on 4th. We appreaciate about the Dealer being concerned about it and they provided their car to go to Mumbai for the Family function, however, that doesn't suffice the need. Today's 10th of May and there is no confirmation for the car has been arrived with the Dealer, nor from the dealer, neither from the Plant, What we have been told is, that, a Back order has been created and the car gets billed in a day after the Back order is created, and we have been listening to this for last 4 days. So, is there some one in Tata Motors, who can answer this complaint and get the Car delivered in a day or two, because, considering the waiting period of 10 days, it's been more than 20 days now and the excitement of getting the car is getting diminished. I booked Safire Aura+ Monarch Red on 01 January and the car was delivered on 22 January. I live in a small town far away from the factory at Rajnangaon. I can not gues why is the delay in your case.
I have booked one on 06-Jan-2010 in Mumbai and was promised delivery within 4 weeks. It is well over a month. Dealer and Tata motors both has no confirmation of delievry date so far. Looks like you are in the same boat as I am. All the best.
Tata Indigo Manza — CHEATED
. I HAVE BOUGHT MANZA QJT 90AURA BS 4 ON[protected] FROM KVR DREAM VEHICLES KANNUR, KASARAGOD BRANCH.THEY HAVE DELIVER THE CAR WHICH IS BS 3. IT WAS FULL OF MUD, DUST OVER THE BODY AND INSIDE IT. THERE WAS SOME DAMAGES IN THE TOP INTERIOR OF THE CAR. I OBTAINED SOME FORMS FROM THE DASH BOX OF THE CAR SHOWING THAT THE CAR WAS USED FOR TEST DRIVING AND LOAN MELA FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS. I DIDN'T REGISTER THIS CAR IN RTO. I APPROACH THE MANAGER FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, AND ALSO INFORMED TO KVR KANNNUR OFFICE. THEY HAVE NOT CONTACT ME. AND I ALSO SEND REGISTERED LAWYER NOTICE TO THE CONCERNED PERSON ON[protected]. I agree Neeraj. I should have checked your feedback before buying it from National Autowheels. Very bad experience. My sales manager also committed me a date in Sept but he never delivered the car, never bothered to call up and say that its going to be delivered late. His act was as if he is doing a favor by selling a car to me.
I have booked manza qjd red at same dealer on 27 nov.11, initially he said chasis no. will be allotted to me and car will be delivered on december 3, then said by december 9, today on decem ber 12 said he will receive the car within 2 days and he will deliver it by december 16.
I enquire d at tata company through a pvt . contact, he said that tata never issues cars to the dealers without full payment of previous ly issued cars. And national autowheels must have some dues to be clear ed, since there are many cars ready for delivery to the in company godown. So it is better to transfer the deal to other dealer in pune .Now I dont know what to do next, as I have already given my old car to same dealer in exchange, and the money is with the dealer
And one thing which I really do
not understand is that why does tata allow these defaulting dealers to book the cars for custmers and why they promote such dealership s name in there new s papers and sms, internet advertisements?

I have booked Indigo Manza on 7th December 09 with Concorde Motors Chennai. It was promised by 10th January 10. Even after 2 months the vehicle is not delivered and nobody in dealer ot Tata Motors is able to give a definite programme for delivery
