[Resolved]  Tata Manza — not delivering a car after paying a cheque

sir,
i had booked tata manza last month ,i completed all fomalities submited documents even paid a cheque the ageny has given dates threee times saying transport is not coming , it will come on so so date and recently they were to deliver it on[protected] but they said "transport me aapki gadi nahi aaye "

now iwant u to take some action plz...becaz no one is listening i have paid everything in advance an iwant my intrest on advance cheque .
