[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Over charging amount of new car on old car

Sir,
. I am Srutheesh.n.g, had buy a car- tata indica v2 ls in January 2013. But the car is 2012 model and the Tata company charged 2013 model car's amount on my car. The actual amount for 2012 model car was below 4.23 lakhs (on road price) in later december 2012. But the sales executive said that it costs 4.73 lakh. He also said that there are Rs 40000 deduction and accessories worth Rs 3000 are free. So that, I have paid Rs 52000 as down payment (Rs 1000 for booking and Rs 51000 as downpayment). He agreed that the car will be delivered in two weeks with complete registration. He also added that he will reserve a car for me so that it can be deliver as soon as possible and the monthly payment should be under Rs 9000. I have selected jet silver colour. After few days , he contacted me via phone and said that there is shortage for selected car and one month is the waiting period. I shouted and asked him for other colour variant. But he said it is not possible and better to cancel the booking. But I were unable to do so. Next day someone called me and introduced as insurance manager. He also said about to cancel the booking but I didn't. I've found that they needs to cancel the booking. But I did not know why they pressure me to cancel the booking. In the evening of that day he called me again and said that there were another colour variant (white) and able to give me, but there might be changes in insurance amount because the vehicle is 2013 model. I said then ok. I had reached the showroom next day. They show me the details. In that, no deduction and monthly payment is Rs10060. But no changes in down payment and offer worth Rs 3000. I said ok anyway. After few days, they called me and said that the vehicle has been delivered. I got the vehicle but it's colur was jet silver. I called back them and asked about the colour change. The sales executive said that they tried hard to get that colour variant. I replied thanks. After one month, during service period, my friend noticed me that the vehicle is 2012 model. I was in trouble to do what, because I realized that I was trapped. I decided to complaint against them in consumer forum. But I needed more time to collect the details about the car dealings. So that I took more time to complain. My car is insured by Mahindra finance instead of Tata.
So, sir, I am adding the details of my car's amount and the top model's amount.

They deducted 21000 instead of 40000 to tally the amount to 4 lakh.
Monthly installment for the amount of 4 lakh instead of 3.81 lakh (with actual deduction of 40000)
Free accessories worth 3000.
No full cover insurance.

on road( approx. ). - 441000 up to 478000
deduction. - 40000
Loan pass for Rs 4 lakh and monthly installment around 9000 for the down payment of Rs 65000. Insured by tata.
I asked the details of Indica eV2- one of the top model of indica. This model has efficient engine than my car and more fuel efficiency of 25 kmpl. But the sales executive doesn't suggested this car for me. I asked why. He said that this model costs 5 lakh and above - good sign of cheap business.

Sir, I am already too late. I have paid monthly payment for 6 months yet.
Sir, can you help me to get compensation? Or, I need to change the scheme to the actual scheme of 2012. Because, currently it is 2013 scheme. My car is 2012 model, not 2013.
Otherwise I am wishing to return the car to them hence stop the business with them with I need my complete money back.

TATA — over billing

i got a tata indicom handset for my home.

i have an unlimited outgoing plan from tata to tata bec. most of our nos are from delhi and are of tata mobile consumers..


in the meantime my land line terminal was not working fine..
the signals was not proper of the same.

still i was getting a bill amout of INR 1500/- as an average.


i heared from my known that when they used to call at my no. it usually gets connected to a person who says that he is calling from a STD booth.
i used to ignore thinking they might have dialed a wrong no.

last month my mobile charge was of rs. 1300/- which i paid on time as always.. bt i got shoked when i found that the outgoing of my phone was barred. i contacted to costomer care n then the executive informed me that the monthly limit for my no. has been crossed. which was INR 4000/- (in just within 7 days of the month)

i said that how it can b as my phone was out of working.
i asked him to get me the details bt he refused to do so by saying." Please submit the amount to enjoy the services"

now i just got my bill yesterday which has the calls details...
i was really surprised to know that it was having the nos. which are really unknown to me and my family members.

the calls were for almost each and every state of our india.
such as bihar, ambala, ranchi, up, agra, hariyana, punjab etc.

we doesn't have any relative of frnd in these area as well as the calls the surprisly the calls were also made in the time when my phone was not working..

it shows that the entire tata indicom is a span and full of cheaters...

PLZ give me the no. of indian consumer form as i wana make a complaint for a cheater company named TATA.

Tata Motors — about an car

Respected sir,myself want to register an complent for an car,actually sir i have brought an brand new tata safari from jaika motors ,amravati(maharashtra), before 4 months from the next day car got problem it is related to aircondition,after one week windows got problem then after the chain begins an car got illness.in for months my car goes to workstation for 8 to 10 times and each time they takes 3 to 5 days.sir my car is still there.now i am tired of all these.i need my money back.also the compensation of 10 trips by 1000 each ,i had purchase that car for near about 10lakhs

Tata Motors — Paid price is very high compared to offer price

Dear Sir,

We have book the car form Tata motors dealer in ahmedabad from Cargo motors, we have get this car in the draw system in which Mr. Ratan tata anounce that he has give to car in 1 lakhs rs. but at the time of we buy the basic model of Tata NANO CX model in near about rs. 1 lakh 40 thousand on road price. Now we have paid more 40 thousand for this car. This is the very bad things for Mr. Ratan tata.

Tata Motors — COMPLAINT ABOUT NEW INDICA CAR

I have purchase a new INDICA DLS KL 03 T 2561 from RM Motors. From 0 km I found that the water is getting inside the car. Also I found somany problems in this particlar car. Last 3 moths I am runnig around the service centers for RM to resolve this issue. 4 times they kept the vechile to find out the problems. each times they kept 3 to 4 days in their custody. Finally RF asked me to show their Alapuzha cervice center. The vechicle given to them on 15/9/2010 (Job No.1577) returned the same on 23/10/2010 and they informed me that the problems they found and resloved. On 24/09/2010 I have drive the car to Ernakulam at the time of raining and found the water getting inside more than before. Also somany other issues I found which they informed to resolved.

What shall I do?
Dear competent Authority,

We had kept our vechile for generl servicing and checking.

It was handed over at 10:20am of 09/04/2011. The attending supervisor Mr. Vinay

has quoted rough estimated Rs.400/ and deputed Mr. Omkar[Mechanic] for the job.

The vehicle has not been deliverd on promise time of 14:30 Hrs of 09/04/2011.

The machanics have not attended the job properly. The progress is quite siow.

I request to intervene and provide assured delivry on 11/04/2011.

POOR SERVICING AND VEHICLE HAS LOT OF COMPLAINTS WITHIN ONE YEAR

After running 32000km vehicle got lot of complaints only after one year only two services are over .poor servicing of vehicle by popular motors in kottayam.
