[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — INVALID BILLING AND WRONG PLAN ACTIVATION | |||
I BOUGHT TATA PHOTON + WITH UNLIMITED 5GB PLAN WHICH WAS ACTIVATED ON 12TH JULY AND ALSO RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM TATA PHOTON WITH ACTIVATION OF SAME PLAN TATA PHOTON NUMBER-[protected] ACCOUNT NUMBER[protected] BUT AFTER FEW DAYS DEVICE STOPPED WORKING AND AS I ONTACTED THEM THEY SAID " THE PLAN WHICH WAS ACTIVATED WAS ON 2GB AND I HAVE CROSSED THAT LIMIT SO DEVICE STOPPED WORKING ". I COMPLAINED TO MANAGER OF CROMA (Mr. DEEPAK) AND THEY ASSURED THEY WILL RESOLVE THE MATTER VERY SOON AND AFTER 2 DAYS THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THE NUMBER OF Mr. KIRAN (TATA PHOTON MANAGER) WHO ALSO REPEATED THE SAME THING AND SAID YOUR PLANNED WILL BE CHANGED AND WE WILL START YOUR SERVICE VERY SOON. AND SERVICE STARTED BUT WITHIN SAME DAY IT IS DISCONNECTED AGAIN AS SAME BILLING WAS NOT DONE FOR THE LAST USAGE. BUT, WHY SHOULD I BILL WHEN I APPLIED FOR UNLIMITED PLAN AND IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE WHO STARTED THE WRONG PLAN AND THEY ARE BILLING 3700 INR AROUND INR FOR THE EXCEEDED USAGE OF PLAN. but point is how to lodge a complaint against them .
