TATA PHOTON PLUS SINKS

These Tata Photon guys are really harassing the people and playing and fooling people all around. I happen to be one of their recent victims with Tata Photon No. 9241162340 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 9241162340 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. In spite of purchasing their service some two weeks back, on 15th Nov., 2010 to be exact, they still haven't delivered the Invoice yet. I mean, how can this happen. In today's time, can you think of a situation that you have paid for something and the guy tells you that Invoice will be given after so many days. I have been following up with them each day since then, but every time the lady at their outlet (RT Nagar, Bangalore) tells me tomorrow it will be given.

Not only this, they took some ten days to deliver the bag which they were offering on promotion. Talking of speed - it is a sham. Hardly you get the speed of 3.1 Mbps which they promise in their collaterals.

Surprising is the fact, that people over there are not committed. They keep on promising the customer and keep on falling on their promises. It is quite shameful to see this type of service levels coming from a company which happens to be the group company of one of the revered business houses of India.
