I was misguided and induced into buying a TATA Photon High Speed USB dongle with a purchase of an Acer product by paying Rs. 750(cost of device) + Rs. 100(activation cost) + Rs. 50(agent's commission at Docomo outlet). A complain was registered with the docket no :[protected] on 18th Aug regarding poor broadband speed. A service engineer paid visit and ran diagnostics (Speedtest.net) and found that speed was hovering b/w 25-35 kbps. Said he would take up the matter with the network engineers to determine the cause of the problem. According to him the bandwidth is less due to user overload. Uptil now nobody has turned up yet. Customer care ppl do not attend to the call. I am fed up. I was tricked into buying the device and end up being made a scapegoat. A mail was escalated to the Nodal officer and the Appellate desk but no action has been taken yet.
