I have purchased a Tata Photon plus on 27th March 2010, The Customer service is so bad that it does not find a customer data in their sysytem, inspite od submitting the docs. I had been to their outlet at Santacruz West & there also its a worse experience.
I am unable to connect the Tata photon as it is showing an Error 678 & when I call up the help line they say that your number is not reflecting in our system.
The no given on the pack is [protected].
