[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Recharge | |||
I have tried to do a online recharge of tata photon plus on 11/6/2010.But the transaction didn't seem to be successful.I contacted customer care at [protected],and they said to try once again and since the recharge is not successful,so no amount will be deducted from my bank account.so i tried two more times,but the same.But when i checked my bank balance the next day i was shocked..Rs 600 was deducted from my account.I contacted customer care and they said that they couldnot provide any information regarding the same as there system was under upgradation and asked me to contact me after 24 hours.so i again called the customer care on 13/6/2010 at around 2-40pm and they lodge a complaint and gave me the complaint number as[protected] and assured me that i will receive a solution after 24 hrs. Since i didn't receive any solution after 24 hours so i again called the coustomer care and said the problem. Then i was shocked at their response.They said that they could not help me regarding the same and asked me to go to the nearest tata photon office.I am using an state bank ATM card. Sir please help me..Rs 600 was deducted and no balance was Added to my account. The website is also provided by them.It is www.ichoose.in.Please help me sir please..Thanx..
