Tata Photon Plus — TATA PHOTON PLUS NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 7 DAYS

Dear Sir(Sosasta and Tata photon)

I had purchased a tata photon plus connection from So Sasta .com.

I was given the connection and was told it will be activated within two days.I had submitted all the documents to Mr Soumyajit Bagchi in Sosasta office in Kolkata
he said I will be getting a call from Mr manoj from tata photon in two days which never happend and I had to follow fr 3 days to talk to him.He gave me the pin and it was activated fr 4 hrs and after that it got deactivated.When I called mr soumyajit he said he would get back to me in 5 mins and didnt call till 8 pm in the evening and with frustration I called him and he said the same thing againFor 2 days Manoj did not answer my phone call and kept on disconnecting and said I should contact sosasta as hes not responsible.After 2 hrs he called me and gave me the number of Mr Avishek whos SUPPOSED to be the ASM in Kolkata for tata photon plus I spoke to him and he told me it will be activated today..It didnt happen as expected.Now he also not answring phones and cutting the call...IS THIS PROFESSIONLISM??????????????????????/

I feel cheated from SOSASTA AND TATAPHOTON ...They have taken my money and not given me the service

Nobody seems to be bothred of My Pain...Neither Mr Soumyajit from Sosasta ...neither Mr Manoj ...nor Mr Avishek...........not at all bothered about somones problem...as m work is totally stopped due to this;....So with great frustration and irrtation I am writing this mail.......................THIS IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELP FROM SOSASTA AND TATA PHOTON PLUS....

I request tata photon plus and sosasta to activate my internet immedately or plsss arrange to get me the refund of my money
