Tata Photon Plus — Legal Notice

I had a tata photon+ postpaid connection and i migrated it to prepaid, after that its became a headache and these people will irritate u like anything, This s my last deal with tata internet connection and i never evr use these type of connections n my life.
First when i gave a request to migrate it to prepaid they said that it wil hapen with iin 2-3 days nd i forget abt the thing and aftr 2-3 weeks when i go there and askd them to charge my prepaid, they said its migrated to someothers name and its nt hpnd n dat day and again they askd me for id card and all.
Then again i got a mail bill from them for that month even i migrated, i hve registered a complaint against them regarding this, and they cancelled that bill, callelled bill was for march... after many months last week i got a legal notice that i hve to pay 403/- to them, i called that persons number which send me the leagal notice, and the lady siting their was dsnt have a valid point, i tried to contact with customer care they are teling dat, i can contact some outlet,
reallly iriitated wth this connection.....even i pay the amount, the legal notice made so much of personal issues for me... who wil pay for all these things??????
