sir, the company has wrongly, deducted usage of 3.5GB. from my TATA PHOTON PLUS prepaid account. my tata photon no is [protected].
the sends usage balance and validity/next recharge date in from of SMS daily, three sms are sent to all prepaid customers. i bought the service on 5th sep 2010. i did not receive the sms for ten days, after many reminders, i could receive the sms.
but on 8th oct, the sms again stopped, i complained at the toll free no. given by the company [protected]. on 9th oct, the customer care executive Ravi, guided (misguided) me to nodal officer Nirlep Rawal whose office is at gujarat bhavan, ahmedabad.
the company did not resolve my complain till 8th nov.on 8th nov, i went to their office, where nirlep rawal, did not meet me, some pooja ringwala, misguided to pooja kamat (when i asked for the complain book). pooja kamat does not have time to meet customer, some deviyngi, comes and gives me the visitors book to write my complain. when i object and ask for complain book i was told that there is no complain book in the office, i was given a blank peice of paper, to write my complain.
finally after much efforts when i received sms on 9th nov(31 days after lodging the complain on 8th oct. ) the message, gives the wrong information about my usage balance, it should have been 3.5 GB. but the message shows some 240 MB.
the company does not take the blame for their empolyee's inaction for 31 days.
and has refused to return my usage balance.
i hope i will get justice from you. awaiting your action/response/reply.
