I subscribed to tata photon plus Prepaid by a dealer on 16-jul-12 with number [protected], he submitted my documents as per my knowledge. But on
9th-aug-12 in the night my connection was not going to make showing "Remote Computer did not respond", as I have tried the C-Care no 1800
266 0000 mentioned on the subscription for this concern, but dat was not working after entering the tata docomo number & switch again for giving me the menu option for language choosing. I then Recharge my account worth Rs. 700 from the same Dealer. Even after recharging it shows me the same while connecting the internet. I then go to the dealer regarding the same but it dint worked, finally I took[protected] may b, through which I got to know that my the reason for disconnection is "Documents Rejected". I then go for nearest Service Center at Pimpri(Pune, Maharashtra). There at that time they were not responding n nobody to serve me properly then I ask one service-man, he told me that ur documents may get rejected and u can submit it here but told me that we are off on 15-aug, so I left they gave me wrong information the shop was open n in the evening when I just passed by I saw the center is open I was telling to submit my doc. But they again told me its time for closing, today was half day..THIS IS HOW U SERVE YOUR CUSTOMER. I submitted my documents on 16-aug,Thursday then & on the next day they called me like ur Number([protected]) has been disconnected, please come here for new number. And they told me like u will issued by a new number
([protected]) and for that I have to pay Rs.400(100 - issuing new no, 300
- recharge), YOUR SERVICES TO MAKE N CREDIT YOUR MONEY THIS IS THE BEST EXAMPLE I GUESS. I don't know about my Recharge yet which is on Old Number ([protected]) which I had done from the dealer, I cant imagine that ur service will b so BAD...it is Depressing and I will definitely give this feedback whoever ask me about TATA DOCOMO. About the Recharge thing I would like to say if I got Trasaction ID then I request you to revert back my Recharge amount.
The 1st improvement of yours should be - Make the Care numbers available statewise atleast, bcoz my enquiry delayed of dat.
2nd - if any document rejected or you r disconnecting any NUMBER, atleast inform the person - becoz he/she may need not know the reason n they have imp. Work on net.
3rd - don't underestimate ur customers, and don't try to make go rounds on service centers as they are also busy
4th - make proper tracking of revert transaction id if we insert the number in which we have done any recharge in case of RECHARGE THROUGH DEALER,so it will revert back to customer as early as possible.
5th- Do individual messages/call on any transaction n cancellation, including don't swallow the money of customers as u got any reason for commissioning not in policies or terms n conditions. Make people aware o[censored]r T&C. Make proper brochure or info pages.
6th- Before closing any number or disconnecting any number atleast inform the customer that your number will be near by closing date whether the customer had took it from service center or dealer. And don't close their online account abruptly, if they do all the details as a transaction statement u shld avail to the customer in the email id.
7th - The revert back procedure u say in the customer care call, but it actually didn't happen. It shld be as quick as possible with being acknowledge to the customer too.
