This is my tata photon no [protected]. I have asked for disconnection of service on Mar 19 but i am still getting daily calls to pay my bill. Although my outstanding amount was zero once(i have a mail confirmation from the representative) now they are asking me to pay the bill of 793!!! The main reason i asked for the disconnection of the services is because they have been torturing by calling everyday to pay the bill although i pay within 10 days of bill generation. Now even my connection got disconnected, calls did not stop. I am extremely irritated by the service provided by tata photon. Was this information helpful? |
