This is actually a corporate connection. earlier I had a plan of 2GB@600 and was in need to change the plan to unlimited 10 GB.

I chased customer care executives and none of the customer executives had an idea of corporate plan details and everytime they used to give a different no, but all of them had the same story

I was told to drop a mail to '1515@tatatel.co.in' but i got the reply only after 20 days with another mail id ('Customer.Care2@tatatel.co.in') to contact for this.

I contacted that too, but from their also, no reply came for 6 days.

Finally after so uch of harassments i asked to activate the general plan of 10 gb to y no.

now when the plan is activated, thespeed is too slow. They commit to provide a speed of 3.1 MBPS but believe me it never goes above 0.17 MBPS.

This is really frustrating. i have never seen such a poor service.
