i owned tata photon from tata in jaipur number [protected] which is not working in my area dueto loss of signal in vidhay dhar nagar ,

i already visited office of TATA at

but there is no resposne neighter call from tata for there customers neither there taking back there products i this regards either Trai should act or they should take there products back ,
