Respected Sir/Mam,
I Siddharth Priye, the customer of TATA Photon+ Broadband Internet Service and My Product Number is [protected] and My Product Account number is[protected] want to launch complaint against the company and their product for their irresponsible behaviour and for not providing the proper service to their customer(i.e. me.).
I purchased the TATA Photon+ Broadband service product 21 days back and it's on my brother's name (i.e. Arun Nema), the problem we are facing is the low speed and charging for those services which the company didn't provided us. Before we complaint 3 times but still there is no response from the company or any other executive.
We talked to customer care and they are even not responding properly and many times putting our calls on hold or disconnecting them. The company is asking for renewal the connection, as it's only a month old. They are stating that we downloaded 13.5 GB data but when we are asking for report they are simply asking for paying the amount and then only they will give data to us.
I need to inform you that I got the unlimited plan worth Rs. 950/- in which I've freedom to download data upto 5 GB with the maximum speed of 1.25mbps but from the starting days only I'm getting the speed of (5-15) kbps and with that speed it is impossible to download 13 GB data within 20 days.
I noticed this to the customer care but they aren't helping me at all. The list of the customer care officers are as follows:

Tata Photon+ — no speed/irresponsible executives
i am not at all getting minimum speed.when gave a complaint they gave me dish and a wire and even though the seed is same.
when i approach the indicom shop they are speaking very irresponsible.
my complaint i not yet closed and also they are not even responding to my problem.
