Tata Photon Whiz — About my postpaid internet connection

I have bought a modem of Tata photon whiz post paid at bikaner (Rajasthan) .But i cant get the customer care service through laptop for my no.[protected] and a/c no[protected]. I have tried many times via phone to customer care no.[protected] but cant get any satisfactory answer . I want to avail the mobile service on my laptop through photon whiz connection.
How can i create my on id in tata photon website.
Pls help me .
