i m using tata photon whiz no. is [protected],i m unable to use it since 2nd feb, contact to customer care they said its technical prob.,talk to u ur dealer, then i contact the dealer ,they said lodge ur complaint with cutomer care, i did that also,they give me no. of sales manager mr. NITIN KHURANA he assured me that my hardware will be replaced by 16th of the month,but nothing resolved till now, even they took my old hardware also with them.its not over now they send the billing also for month of feb. for what/ not using the the service ? its pathetic. i m helpless .tell me should i go to consumer court for this harasment?
