Sir, I have purchased a tata photon whiz data card connection on 18/11/09. But it is not running properly . Company commits to me when you connect data card then its speed always 156 kbps. But I checked its speed then I found 60-100kbps. Was this information helpful? | |

i am jithin eranakulam, kerela . i have purchace the tata photon whiz on 24/12/2009. the sales man told to me this have speed up to 153kp/s.but i don't get that speed & also get less signal .plz accept my complaint .

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Tata Photon+ prepaid data card from Vriti Infocom Pvt.Ltd., B-75, Sector-63, Noida vide their Rect.no.163 dt.[protected].
Regret to inform you that till date the data card has not been activated by the Vriti technical. The support persons tried several times to get configured through telephonic talk but was unable to do that. I requested them to send their experts & solve the problem asap but no one took initiative.
I have some urgent assignment on Internet but due to non co-operation of the Vriti Infocom Executives I got harassed.
I continuously trying their numbers but no one is responding.
Hope you will consider the above matter as a serious matter & help to solve my problems.

i agree with that complaint i am using tata photon whiz iam getting downloading speed only 14kbps please check it once

Tata Photon Whiz Data Card — Speed Commitment not maintain by Company
Sir,As Tata Compnay has commited to provide me Internet connection with the speed of 156 Kbps with Tata Photon Whiz Data Card, but they are not providing internet speed more than 40 kbps,
So, please take any immediate action regarding that.
