Tata Photon Whiz — Material not delivered

Sir,

Can u help me in this issue. Pl go to the attached massage, you will find that I have purchased one tata Photon - Whiz online from I-choose on 13.03.2010. Same day I got the response from the company website that within 3 to 4 working days, I will receive my ordered material. Price for the same has been charged to my credit card on the same day that is on 13.03.2010. Regarding this issue I have contacted through e-mail to the nodal officers of the vendor, contacted to the customer care and lodged the complain. But till date neither my complain has been attended nor I have receive my ordered material from the service provider. My complain nos are[protected] &[protected]. This is very much embarrassing and ridiculous. I am seeking your interference to resolve my issue. Pl see the attachment.
