[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Change of package

I am having supersaver pack and sports goldpack as addotional. I want to delete the additional pack and add sports platinum pack as fresh additional pack. I, m not able to follow the symtem rather i don't have time to spend for it. Please do the needfull immediately.

i want to remove my base pack Dhamaal mix pack and additional packs, and want to subscribe, metro pack. Please do it immidiatly.

90% channels not viewing

Issues in channels. Support team not helping. Service engineer not attending call.

From the past two months i have facing poor signal service of Tata sky...other DTH are providing best service to their customer...now i want to change Tata sky connection and will continue with other like dish tv..videocon

No Signal to my Tata Sky DTH since 8 days

It is regretted to note that your system of information given to subscribers is very bad. When a person have opted for a package including add on channels, multi TV and HD Access, you should intimate the subscriber amount for monthly/half yearly/yearly so that subscriber can pay the amount. Your tele callers always made it tideous by telling the subscriber different items and its very difficult for the subscriber to compile the amount to be paid for month/half year/year. In my case a text message have been received "To renew your current packs for another term automatically you need an account balance of Rs. 3740/-. please recharge now."
I can't follow that the above amount is for all the pack i.e. package including add on channels, multi TV and HD Access for six months or some thing else. My sub. ID is [protected] kindly let me know the period for which my total package will be renewed.

Improper signal connection

Always the screen shows no signal .there is a problem with DTH box.
