90% channels not viewing

It is regretted to note that your system of information given to subscribers is very bad. When a person have opted for a package including add on channels, multi TV and HD Access, you should intimate the subscriber amount for monthly/half yearly/yearly so that subscriber can pay the amount. Your tele callers always made it tideous by telling the subscriber different items and its very difficult for the subscriber to compile the amount to be paid for month/half year/year. In my case a text message have been received "To renew your current packs for another term automatically you need an account balance of Rs. 3740/-. please recharge now."
I can't follow that the above amount is for all the pack i.e. package including add on channels, multi TV and HD Access for six months or some thing else. My sub. ID is [protected] kindly let me know the period for which my total package will be renewed.

Improper signal connection
Always the screen shows no signal .there is a problem with DTH box. my customer id-[protected] my current monthly plan is 270 rupees please change to my monthly 199 rupees monthly plan
