[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharge 600/- not reverting to my account

i recharged my tata sky account ID [protected] for RS.600 through website www.justrechargeit.com order number DK[protected] on 1st june 2011 through my hdfc credit card digit ending 5289 XXXX XXXX1030 and by mistake it gor recharged in other TATA SKY ID [protected]. I have asked TATA sky to revert it back to my account many a times complaint number 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and many more times but they are asking for transaction id from HDFC bank, bank gave me only one ID 021659 which they say is not valid and they are not reverting it back to my account. I have proof of transactions at jusrechargeit.com website as well in my bank statement. Please Help
