[Resolved] Tata Sky Ltd. — charges debited from a/c for wrong reasons and refusing refunds | |
I am a subscriber of Tata Sky.My subscription I.D.is [protected].I had made complaint to Tataskyhelpline about signals not coming in June2007.service engineer came n went upstairs n tightened some bolt n signals started comingafter 20 odd days again signals stopped .Again complaint to customer helpline was attended by service engineer in the same fashion .Every visit, a separate charge of Rs.300/-was debited from a/c.Now again this problem of NO SIGNALS RECEIVED reappeared.After half hour long complaint to customerhelpline, service engineer came and did his bits and left without showing his report n without getting it countersigned.For this visit also a debit of Rs.350/-was made from a/c to my utter surprise.After half an hour arguements with customerhelpline, only a charge of Rs.50/-has been reversed today.Though customerhelpline agree that such short visit of service engineer for recurrence of same problems is not chargeable but wont agree to refund of wrongly debited charges Was this information helpful? | |

tatasky ltd. — connection not working

i have a connection of tatasky at my home sub id no.[protected].For last 5 days the connection is not working .when i called the comapny, the persons told me to tight the wires and they also given me few technical ways to solve the problem .but it doesn't worked then they told me that Rs.300 will be charged for sending the person to my home .earlier i had a local cable connection i was incurring only Rs.100 per month to watch the T.V. channels .now we are incurring Rs.330 per month watch the same thing, just for the sake of clarity and better service .now if they ask for Rs.300 for each visit then if the connection is not working for 50 days in ayear out of 365 days then i have to inccur Rs.15, 000 extra every year to get the connection checked and to rectify the fault. that means i have to be very rich to inccur such huge expenses . please look into the matter as soon as possible .
