Hi i am hemant.
I am existing customer. I am 7year old customer.

My sky id :- [protected].
My mob linked with my sky id.

Now i am having objection with tata sky.

I want to buy new tata sky hd connection.

Main problem is as i saw online ad.
Complete tata sky connection including 1 mnth free hd pack available only in rs1499.

Now i was dailing customer care 1800200xxxx. With my registered mobile no. The lady who attend my call she said me sir i can deal with existing connection only.
For better convenience i am transferring your call to my sale team.

Sale executive listen everything. I inform him as a online ad new tata sky hd connection including one month free avail on rs1499. And i also inform am have evidence.
Sale executive was saying i am understanding your concern. I am escalating your matter to my sale manager.

He also commit me you will get a call back today. Entire day is complet but i hadn't received call back

Next day tomorrow i received a call from banglore :[protected], and pune team
No :-020 7100xxxx, 6733.

Actually the entire matter is a price.
Online tata sky hd connection including one month free avail only in rs1499.

I am having a 20 evedence from tata sky, you tube ad, google ad, google leads pop-up, website price also. When i use pubg, hago ccleaner i saw maximum ad & popup.

Listen don't say this is a false.
Because ad showing online with (C) copyright by tata sky it's not unethical.

Most imp things google is not a blind or fake company. Google and goog leads. Company. Without tata sky consent they can't publish any company ad.

Kindly please justify the matter. If tata sky not able to fulfill own commitment.
Don't cheat people.
