[Resolved] Tata Sky Ltd. — mpeg 2 box to mpeg4 box migration | |||||
Sir, I am an old customer of your company. I purchased tata sky connection somewhere between 2008. Since 28th march'2010 to 16th of august'2017 i have not done any recharge. Finally i set my mind to reactivate it again and recharge rs.250 through a lapu vendor. After rechaging i had not any picture from it. Then immediately i called the customer care and got a promise to send some tata sky technisian to resolving my issue. They visited my house 18th of august. The technisians asked me to migrate my old mpeg2 box to new mpeg4 box. I agreed and they took my box with a promise to back within two days. But today is 24th of august, till now they neither visit my house again nor make a single call to me. I have an a/c on mytatasky.com. Through this i checked my current balance and very astonished know that my balance was deducting day by day without getting any service from your company which i pay for. I have a question on this matter. Tatasky team already acknowledged about my present status of viewing then why they are deducting my balance? Please refund my previous deducted balance and quickly resolve my issue mentioned above. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
