[Resolved] Tata Sky — Channels Unavailable | |||
I have Tata Sky connection at my home, I opted for South Indian Pack which I got. Last month they removed DD Malayalam & Amritha Channel and now they have taken away Kairali channel. I was never informed and neither given any other options. Not at all happy with the service given to me. My mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com. i am using Tata sky, to my surprise i am suffering due to the negligence and non cooperation attitude of the complaint redressal section since this friday i.e.[protected]. Today is the seventh day i am without connection. i.e. relocation of the connection in the same building, same floor, same address. The negative activity of the call centre/ ? or the service department i donot know. I am now going to file the case in the consumer forum about this. I have recorded all the calls i made to call centre and the disucssion held over my mobile which is going to be the evidence for my claim.

my consumer no is [protected] since 2 Aril 2015 we cannot see any programme ... there is message on TV, set top box receiving no signal... pl attend urgentlyI have not got scheme in my tata sky account.

when it started red light of set up box turn to green and HDMI 1 is displayed and after that there is no further processing . Customer care no. is not responding it says call can not be processed .Deduction of Balance
I am not subscribed the Active game service, but Rs.47 was deducted for this service. Please rectify & check the problem and credit the balance if possible. My ID No. is [protected]bill payment not been done by credit card
