[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrongly debited account | |||
TATASky Id [protected] . I had done a recharge of Rs 500 on 6Feb2011 which had been credited in my account properly( had bought this recharge voucher from vijay sales borivli on 6 Feb2011 ) . Then on 14Feb2011 TATASky debited Rs500 without any reason. On calls they accepted that this was a system mistake. Also they keep saying we will look into this matter. But even till today this money has not been credited back. Was this information helpful? | |||
