I am also have the same treatment, everynow and then you have to call their zonal phone number and lodge the request which take nearly thiry minutes every timeand after that you come to know that you are wasted your time energy and money.So be careful if you are thinking of Tatasky DTH.

Dear Sir,



With reference to the above, we are very unsatisfied by the services offered by you till date. The picture quality sucks big time, your customer support executives are least bothered to resolve this issue and instead playing blame games. There has been total Non – cooperation since our last complaint dated 7th July-2010



There has been an infinite incident of rude dialogues exchanged by your customer service associates and the excuses they render are utter nonsense. One such irresponsible excuse is lack of tech-support Engineers. I fail to understand, as to how; that’s my concern.



Hence we have decided to not to associate with you from immediate effect and we also request you to please take away all your equipments within 5days of receipt of this letter including a full refund of all the wrong charges to my account. Please consider this as our last and final request; failing which, we will approach the consumer court and also recommend negatively about your services to our business association.



If you will not solve my issue within 24hours we will go to the consumer court

i disconnect. hinthi chennals, but i pay 200 rupees evwry month, i donot know, why the representives are not interested, to response my compliant
We are not receiving any tata sky service for last 15 - 18 days, no one can solve our problem, this is the poor services in all the products in india, if possible please provide one technician, to solve our problems of tata sky service, including all the HD channels
i have recharged of1000/- for metro pack as well as 6 months hd view and after that i was not able to view english channel as well as HD channels and also complaint for the same 3 times and i got call/ messege from the company that they will solve but no one came ...last time i compaint and they call and told me to come on fixed day but they didnt came...today i came home and in my neighbour home servicemen fixing some work and i asked them about my problem and tell them to fix signal problem.they came and done it...properly..and they asked for 150/- for service charge!!!

i told them for what i should give them as i suffered for 15 days after paying and no service they provide then they went away...without asking anything else...

i am near by ooty in tamil nadu and i have tatasky connection in gujarat and their service is very good but why not here?

are they lazypeople and want to robe people?


i have not expected this from tatasky...i request that tatasky officer do something for this region.

Since last one month i am unable to view any channels through my tata sky connection, and this problem has been raised with customer care of tata sky almost 5-6 times and they have keep on telling that they will be sending a technician or i will get a call from tata sky with 30min it's been one month i am unable to view any channels except star sports.
There has been a continuous problem for over a week over breaking of signals. I lodged a complain on 27th April 2015. I also told your employee that both are working members hence somebody should call at around 10am and fixed the time of visit for 28th April 2015 and the same was confirmed also. Nobody called, I waited till 2pm and left. Today 28th April 2015 I called again to know the status and I was told the meeting has been confirmed for 29th April 2015 at 2pm. How can you service your subscribers when they are at work, timings are set on your own whims without even discussing with me whether there will be anybody at home or not. If I delay to pay money for the service you de - bar my service immediately. WHILE YOU TAKE ADVANCE MONEY FROM US AND FALTER IN PROVIDING YOUR SERVICE. Don't you think that is fleecing from a company like TATA.
Most pathetic services ever. Calling tata sky from 12pm and it's 9pm still issue not resolved. And every agent stays wait for half an hr. Have balance of 900 rupees and acc valid till 22 June still my account is deactivated. Bloody bull . Not expected from a brand like Tata. I am myself working in TcS

I'm haveing hotel in Srinagar kashmir n I have installed tatasky in my hotel rooms.i have already made online complaint 2 times but ur service engineer does not visit my hote to look Wht is matter with these settop box.its an special request to ur Gud self pls look into the matter as in suffering a lose cause o[censored]r negligence.i[censored]r engineer dnt visit today n solve the problem I will go to the consumer court n will fight legally thanks

Tata Sky — NO signal and no response from customer care

From past 1week, none of the channels are available due to signal issue, tried reaching customer care and complaint booking center and also Nodal officers. NO RESPONSE till now..
