Tata indicom Photon Plus raising bill after disconnection This is [censored]u cp. My TATA Indicom photon plus connection [protected] against a/c no.[protected] has been disconnected on 10th Dec 2012 as per disconnection request no.[protected]. I have paid my bill of Rs 501/- to Mr Meenakshisndram ,He told this is the final payment for you as well .But after disconnection bill was raised ,also i have received court call letter from TATA PHOTON .Please stop raising bills.ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||

TATA TeleServices — Unwarranted billing
I am Tilak Jha. I took a Tata Photon connection last January on 11th of Jan 2011 (No.: [protected]). I gave all the documents that the agent sent by Tatas asked for. The company had problem with my documents and they didn't provide me service till 18th of January. On 18th they activated my Photon connection with the same documents. At the end of the month when they sent the bill, they are charging me from 11th. Not only this, the Tatas have sent me billing of another post paid number as well ([protected]). I never had this number. My purchase slip has one number but my bill has two numbers. Now when I am complaining they are harassing me by asking me to settle the issue with the dealer.I called Tata customer care and they sent the agent. I didn't go to any dealer. Now when I have an issue they want me to fight with the dealer and they want to make money in between.
